Sten shakes his head "They will be around the island... I seen them scouting around the island every 30 minutes... so if we going to cross it has to be when they have scouted that area of the island" Sten said to him.

"Indeed I am. I believe the programming in me is modifing itself. I feel like sleeping something I never felt... so I will try this sleep. now that a first for a AI" Eva smirked with a chuckle.

Morning soon came but something wasn't right as Stripetail woke up he soon felt something against his back "Gi Hil sze mi" the voice said (don't try anything magic demon)

"Mo Tyia Jit Biv taailer civ" the creature said (Or the group will pay for your attept)

"Stop talking up tougue, they don't understand it" A deeper voice said

"Sor-ry High Commander Bilo..." the soilder said back.

Grant puts a hand out "Don't you remember the timer... you do it you will lose what chance to save your counterpart!" Grant told him.

"Timer hmm? well I was you, you don't use magic. plus your magic at level 1 isn't effective to us." Bilo said and one of the soilders took the staff and the others cuffed him. "Now take them all to the island at once!" Bilo yelled.

Stripetail noticing that Eva wasn't anywhere to be seen or was Petrie.

Stripetail snuck a look at his wrist ' time Remaining 2 days 12 hours 42 minutes 30 seconds 29 seconds 28 seconds..", as he and the others were hurried along the rocky bridge connecting the mainland to the island.

Stripe tail, looked down at his paws and smiled. The magic defenses he had built up over the ages were starting to melt the cuffs on his paws, though very slowly. As long as the guards kept pushing him and the others forward , they wouldn't notice, he thought. He looked at his wrist again." Time remaining 2 days 11 hours 58 minutes 58 seconds 57 seconds 56 seconds..." They had reached the island in about an hour, just as Grant was pushed onto the island, the tide began to wash over the land bridge. " We only just made it, because you fools wouldn't pick up the pace!' a soldier yelled at them. "We Had hoped to question you, but that will have to wait until tommorow. For now, we'll just take you to the holding cells. If You pick up the pace,' The soldier yelled,"We should reach them by nightfall. Alright magic demon, move it. What's the matter, can't move without your stick?' he jeered. " I am old, soldier. the 'stick' helps keep me from falling and injuring myself. Besides , I am cuffed, so I can't reach it even if I wanted to." Stripetail replied. The soldier looked him over. " I hear you're an immensely powerful wizard, a Level 1 in fact. But that can't be right, a Level 1 wouldn't be constrained by our cuffs. Seeing as you're cuffed, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give you your stick back. I'll put it in the crosshairs on your back, but be warned, I'll put two guards on you, who will watch your every move. Make even the slightest move towards it, and we'll take it away again. Understood?' Stripetail nodded. The soldier made a gesture , and two other guards came up carrying the staff. "Put it on his back, but keep a constant eye on him. If he gets free, I'll have High Commander Bilo to answer to, and I don't want that.' The guards slid Stripetail's staff into the crosshairs on his back. " There's your prop demon. Now move, we don't have time to waste.! Get going!" Stripetail got moving again as best he could with his paws cuffed together. The Two guards followed him at a very close pace. " Well, at least I have my staff back." Stripetail thought.

Bilo rushed over to them and kicks the solider then the other two knocking them all to the ground and takes the staff from Stripetail "No you idiot!!!! , I am not going to have mishaps here, do that again I kill you." Bilo takes the staff and storms into his camp base tent with the staff

"Jeezs you did it there" The other solider send

"Looks like he saw your trick" Sten whispered to Stripetail

What trick?" I was sincere when I said I couldn't reach it, and besides I can't do magic until the time runs out.' Stripetail replied. " Alright Demon, I'm blaming you for this. " the soldier gumbled as he got up off the ground. " No more being nice. Get moving!" He yelled as he pushed Stripetail forward. He wiped his mouth with his hand, and looked down at the blood on his hand. He looked angrily at the tent. " I Had Everything under control, and the demon was no threat to us. " I'm going to talk with him. " He was stopped by another soldier. "Look the boss thought the demon was pulling a trick on us, so that he could use the stick to free himself. You heard what he said. He'll kill you if you interfere. " the soldier said. The Soldier nodded. "Alright."

Bilo looked at the staff in his tent placing it in a container "This thing is too powerful in it self... anyone could use it if took hold of this. Those fouls almost caused one of those others to get a chance to use it..." Bilo said not knowing that a figure was in the room.

"I sense your problem, wise move for a simple minded being. your anti magic will do well with my Psychic technology. your wise comrade to allie with me. Now give me the container so I may process this magical energy to study it weakness" the figure said so ever calmly hidden in the shaows.

"Hey" Bilo hands it to the figure

"Thank you comrade. your help won't go unpaid. take this. it will be needed to read the magic beings mind. I have already done so and he can't sense me because my Psychic powers are fair more powerful then his" the figure said with a smiled "Now go comrade and leave me to study this"

"Yes I will" Bilo nods and walks out the tent.

"Soon the Rainbow Technology will be mine and I will merge it with my Pshchic technology with this magical element will add nicely" he said starting the studying.

Eva looks at the ocean looking at it moving "We need to get across... soon as it night fall and the tide drops we will race to the island. you will have to hold on to me. since I can run non stop for a no limit of time" Eva said to Petrie
