"Red Horn you can cut the friendly act, I know what your like and your not to be trusted... a longtime ago you lost that trust and I can never forgive you for what you did back then..." Topys kept his guard up on Red Horn not letting his eyes slip away from him not trusting Red Horn one moment.

Korr's face then became serious and he said "Well then....you can give over the freak called Longtail to me and my herd, and we'll be on our way out of this lovely paradise. Now where is he?" His voice was becoming threatening and he was fully intent on getting what he wanted.

Korr roared and screamed to Cyrix "I am telling you right now....when I find that freak of yours, I won't kill him, oh no....I'm going to make the ENTIRE valley herd turn there backs on him and force him out of the valley and when that happens I'll be waiting to smash whats left of his life."

'Well, you see, we are not really longnecks. At least, I am not. Argaya is, but she is different. Think of a sharptooth with massive wings, body, head, and eyes. It also has an intelligence people would die for. That is Argaya, or should I say, Argana. That is her true name. Mine is actually Vylon. And I am an elf, a creature of magic. I was once able to control magic. That is why you and Dante were beginning to be affected by me and Argana; the magic in our blood was leaking out. That was also what was happening with the trees." Said Argana.

"I am actually a dragon. I will show you a mental picture." Said Argaya. She began to try to connect her mind with Longtail.

Mr Threehorn turn around and smirked "THen don't hold your breath too long, because that won't happen here. So count your lose and leave before you waste all of your life on wishful thinking" Topys then leaves with Cera and she wouldn't turn her back on Longtail and knowing her father he wouldn't as well.

"Daddy is he really going to try that?" Cera asked

"Most likely. But I did what i wanted, I hit his weak spot and let him boil over. He not worth the effect. He lost being a Threehorn a long time ago. He lost the meaning the pride..." Topys replied back as they walked on then turn to Cyrix "Cyrix, Rainbow Face how about we finish our little chat" Topys spoke out to get Cyrix off the hook and away from Red Horn. "It was important wasn't it?"

Longtail's eyes widened as he took a step forward and said "Argaya, you are one of the elder guardians....This is fantastic!!" knowing exactly what they were talking about without the mental picture.

Cyrix turned to Mim and said "Yes, come along mim, let's go with Mr. Threehorn, and leave this silly fool to his sleep stories."

Korr however wasn't done yet....he had one more plan....and he had the numbers on his side to make it work....

"We know nothing of these Guardians. We were only transported here and transformed. I do not know how we were. The spell I cast should have killed me, but instead it brings me here. Now I feel I must release the elvish powers inside me, but I don't know where I can release them from." Said Vylor.

"Neither do I. I miss the feeling of flying through the air." Said Argaya, with a longing noticeable in her voice.

Dante looked over at Argaya, filled with respect for the presences he was with. Even the Sankakku inside him bowed in reverance to them. Dante smirked and casually remaked.
"A dragon, huh? Seems that you and I have something in common then. The Sankakku itself was a Dragon, albiet a dark one, and only those descended from the Dragon Lineage can be used as hosts, otherwise Sankakku will destroy their minds and take over. So I guess that means that you and I may have a common ancestor... Interesting..."

Dante then remembered a lore from his past that spoke of an ancient group called the Dragon Riders...

"So, by any chance were you two Dragon Riders?..."

"Vylon is. I am his companion. We are one. And I do not think that the Sankakku and I are linked in any way. I am a dragon of proud descent. I am proud of my relatives, save the evil one; Shruikan." said Argaya.

"Anyways, even if Argaya is not a guardian of old, she will still want to know what the guardians do. Right?" asked Vylor.

"yes. I would." Replied Argaya.

"Wait. Shruikan? If I recall, that is a descendant from the Sankakku, the first dragon of the Darkness. At least, the name is. Odd..."
Dante said, mostly to himself, as he looked at Argaya, noting the dragonic features that she posessed.
"And Vylor, I might suggest learning to focus your power through the mouth or tail of your form. Those seem to be good conduits..."

Longtail nodded and replied "Well, in the stories my mother told me before 'the accident' the guardians were the ones who started our world and together created the tree of life...the starting point of the great valley....the beginning of all life, even before the big water came to be...it was said to be the most beautiful sight anywhere."

"The guardians came in all shapes and sizes...and one of them looked like this dragon thing you discribed." He said to Argaya

"I know that I never witnessed anything like that, Longtail, but there might be some relation." Said Argaya.

"This darkness might have been our fault. When we arrived here, the magic that runs in our blood was starting to leak out. That is why the trees were changing, and you two were affected. However, I think that the energy was transferred into a creature, one of evil, and it is now emanating energy it is producing by itself." Said Vylor.

Suddenly, there was a rumble. The roof of the cave above the entrance began to crack. Then, with one loud CRACK, the roof collapsed, sealing the tunnel.

Dante looked over at the rocks that had fallen, and he calmly noted...
"Well, that could be a deterrent to our finding our friends, not to mention the fact that we won't be able to see if the storm is over... I'll see about getting it out of our way..."

"Don't! The roof of the cave is not stable! If you try and blast away the rubble, you could damage the roof even more!" exclaimed Argaya.

"I need to find a way of making a tunnel. I must meditate." Said Vylor, assuming a peaceful position.

"Where is everybody?" said Ducky to herself. She was riding Spike, but she fell off of him when the wind picked up.

Longtail sighed, and said "But I wanna try, besides the longer we sit here the longer our friends are in danger, and we may be the only ones strong enough to stop whatever it is out there!"

Spike noticed the faster winds as well and looked down at Ducky who had fallen off of his back. He licked her face, and motioned for her to climb back on.
