Hunter knew she couldn't dodge both attacks so she did the smart thing...she let Lady sweep her legs out from under her, but at the same time, she grabbed Ladys' hand with her left and braced on the ground with her right hand.
She then used her momentum to lash her tail out at Lady's head...

Hex caught the coat in one deft move and slipped it on. Thanks to Dante it was warm, which in contrast to the room temperature was a welcome change.

She turned and asked "Well now for some catch up..." She turned to Tex and Dante as she asked "What have I missed these last few years? I remember what put me here, but what's happened since then?"

Lady saw the attack coming, but took the hit and landed on the ground.
"Ok, Ok... I give..."
She muttered sullenly...

Hunter smiled and sighed as she sat on the ground and stuttered "G-good...I was getting worn out. You're stronger than I remember....what's your secret Lady?"

Hunter then looked at Sieg still gasping for air and asked "You alright dear?"

Hex smiled...she'd apparently missed more than she thought.

Tex however blushed and said with a sly smile "I'd say you missed something important...REALLY important...like the fact that we're mates!"

She then held Deva out to her sister who picked her up and Deva giggled and smiled.

Tex then smiled as well and replied "Looks like Deva knows who's family around here."

Sieg said, panting slightly...
"I haven't had a good fight in ages. Thanks, Lady"

She then looked over at Lady and asked "You mentioned that they were going to a hospital? Can you take us there?"

Tex smiled as well, as Hex grabbed her sister and gave her a loving bear hug and said "Oh Tex...I'm so proud of you! You've finally done it...and without any of our 'products'. So when's the wedding?"

Tex stuttered and muttered "W-w-wedding? Well...we...uhh...well...we havne't set a date yet...ya know...stopping the cultist and all..."

Rocker laughed and said "Well...I say this calls for a celebration...what do you guys say?"

Hunter smiled and said "Yeah, well before I wasn't as concerned for them as I am now...it's been a while, and I'm starting to worry about Tex...she is my friend after all. You going to help us get there or not Lady?"

Hunter giggled and said "Knowing him Lady...you'd better have insurance on that thing." She then looked to Sieg and asked "Do you happen to know how we can hitch a ride?"

"Well...I can use a teleport spell. It works much better than Tex's version, I can assure you..."
He chuckled....

Lady nodded quickly, then said...
"Here goes... Sieg, if this doesn't work... I swear you'll regret it."

Sieg nodded, then placed his hand on Hunters, and his other hand on Lady's shoulder.
"Ready then? Here goes nothing..."

He then began to chant in a strange, arcane tongue, and a warm light began to swirl around the group, a gentle wind rising around them...

During the spell, Hunter couldn't help but giggle....the spell was tickling her belly and she just couldn't stop laughing as she stuttered "S-Sieg...h-hurry up! This is torture...hahahah...."

Rocker was just pushing open the door to the cafeteria when he stopped and looked ahead.

He then asked "Dante...what...is THAT?!" as he pointed to a wall of white light forming in front of them.

A moment later, the trio disappeared, the light where they were standing fading...

Dante looked at the wall of light, then grinned.
"Rocker, you're about to meet my friends, I think. They'll be here...now."
As he said the last word, Sieg, Hunter, and Lady appeared, stepping out of the light.
"Hello Dante."
Sieg said, grinning, still holding Hunter's hand...

Hunter had to admit...while she was glad the teleportation worked as she reappeared inside the hospital, but she had to voice her opinion "that was the weirdest trips I've ever been on...my outsides are freezing, but my insides are burning up....like I've been microwaved or something!"

Rocker was indeed impressed. Of course as the light faded he put on a generous smile and said "Welcome, welcome, we are about to have a party, would you three like to help us set up? We've got several types of cake, and ice cream!"

He then walked over to Rocker, extended his hand, and asked...

Hunter smiled and said "Well that's alright as long as you feel it too."

Rocker took Siegs hand and replied "The names Rocker Stonetooth." He then said in his mind 'related to that sicko killer...I hate him!' However his eyes narrowed as he finished his thought without realizing it.

Hunter then asked "Yeah, a party..I can defiantly get down with that!"

Dante opened his mouth to speak, but Lady cut him off, asking...
"Dante! Did you total my cycle again? If you did, then it's going on your tab. Which I do expect you to pay up on soon..."

Rocker laughed as he said "Well it's not completely totaled miss. I did managed to get my friends in the parking garage to take care of it and fix it up, I can take you there after the party is over!"

Rocker then said "Well the party is for a revival...Don't worry, you'll all see what I mean once the party starts! Now come on...the others must be getting tired of waiting."

In the Cyro room

Tex frowned and said "This is taking way too long...I'm thinking of storming up there and getting the food myself!"

Hex on the other hand chuckled and said "Slow down sis...they said they'd be right back...just give them a few more minutes...I'm sure all that food is heavy for just the two of them."
