The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

They sure are putting out a lot of LBT stuff

Wow.  I swear, they're putting out a new LBT thing every second.  Maybe it's not so dead after all.  Take a look at this thing:

And this thing:

There's tons more like it, but I don't have time to post it now.  All this stuff is spawned off the LBT tv series.  What do you guys think about this?

The last of the four items has definitely been around for years already, but the other three may indeed be spawned of the series. One thing I wonder about is how much LBT stuff is out there that we don't know about. When I was in Minnesota I bought a couple of LBT jigsaw puzzles at a mall. I never ever saw any of those at ebay.
They also sold "LBT crayons" there which I didn't buy as there was nothing LBT related about those poor quality crayons except for the LBT collection seal on the wrapping of the crayons.
There are some LBT items whose existence is likely but not proven. I'm quite sure there must be more of those LBT brooches issued in 1988 which I used to create my first LBT tinfigures. I have such brooches of Littlefoot and Ducky, but I consider it very likely that there must be some more. I guess those brooches about whose very existence I am not certain are the LBT items I'm really after.

There is a lot of LBT stuff, I guess there is no organization with listing it all somewhere.

A little something to try and get money out of the LBT HATERS would be my best guess.  I'm sure there's a number of haters that would just LOVE to beat them to death.

This is just unbelievable.  Anyone who claims LBT to be dead can be proven quite wrong with all this stuff. :)
