"Armor down," Cynder said and then pulled off her necklace and set it on the dresser they had examined earlier. She then removed her collar and bracelets.

The two dragons slid into the water, sitting next to each other across from Dixie.

"It feels like a hot spring," Spyro said.

"Does a hot spring have bubbles?' Dixie grinned as bubbles began appearing in the middle and spreading all over the tub.. "So, Spyro, tell me about your folks.. and I'll tell you about mine.. " She relaxed on her side. 'Scooby, when you get done in there, you MUST sit in here for awhile.. across from me of course..' She said.. "That dress was SO itchy" She said, stractching at her arms. "But I didn't have any of mine with me so I had no choice but to wear it.."

Dr. Zanasiu and Rime awoke nearly simultaneously.

"Now what?" Rime asked.

"Well, target shooting at this time isn't a nice thing to do so we'll just keep guard over the dining room." Dr. Zanasiu said. He opened the can of shotgun shells. "Mmm. Fresh buckshot. Lovely." He then filled his pockets with the shells. He also retrieved his shotgun and armor.

Rime did the same, except he grabbed his armor, fished out all the empty magazines and started loading them.

"Rime, I'll be in the dining room." Dr. Zanasiu said as he cocked his shotgun.

"Okay." Rime replied as he loaded a fresh magazine into his rifle and cocked it.

Dr. Zanasiu arrived in the dining room to see Deimos looking over the area. "So Deimos, find or need anything?"

"Nothing so far. But I do need some more ammo, I'm almost out. I've got 30 rounds left." Deimos replied.

Rime also arrived in the dining room and stood by Deimos.

"I don't understand why you wear it if it's uncomfortable," Cynder said.

"Well, I don't know why my real parents," Spyro said. "I was adopted by Sparx's."

Well, Cynder, I wear dresses because in this world ladies wear them. " dixie replied. "They cover my more.. intimate areas, which in this world we cover up, for legal and moral reasons. It is cosidered improper and inapropriate if I didn't wear them. You guys don't wear clothes, so it doesn't matter for you." She turned to Spyro.. "So you don't have any clue about who your parents are? Thats a shame. Well, my mothers name was Clara and my fathers name was Dixon. My mother was the sister of Scooby's mother, so we're cousins." dixie said.

This place is safe rom the Shurlups, Sparx, they haven't come back here" Nani pointed out. "And we would have brought you along with us, but you were asleep at the time.."

'Guys" stripetail called out. "If you see any shurlups coming tward you you are to come back and report it. You should only fight if they attack first... We neeed our sleep, as we'll be going full-bore after them in the morning.."

"But Scooby doesn't have to wear anything?" Cynder asked.

"No, I don't," Spyro said. "I never really thought to ask anyone, after I met Ignitus things just started happening so fast."

Scooby finished showering and and turned the water off. "Rice rand rean" He said, as he stepped out of the shower. "Rind rif Ri roin rou?' hE asked. "Alright, Scooby, but you have to sit in between me and Spyro and Cynder..' Dixie replied. 'Scooby climbed into the warm water. "REAL rice" he said, letting the bubbles cling to him, as he slid in, in between, Dixie and the two dragons..

"Yes, it is," Spyro agreed, sinking into the water, until it covered everything, but his head.

"I think I'll head to bed," Cynder said, climbing out of the water after a few minutes had passed in comfortable silence. "We've got a lot of things to do tommorrow."

She shook herself off from head to toe spraying water everywhere.

'So are we going to up the ante boys, or what? You guys certainly look confident..' dixie grinned.. "What will Cynder and I have to do, if you guys should,in the unlikely event, beat us.? " This comment made both boys look nervous.

Spyro managed to surpress his nervousness and reply with confidence. "Why shouldn't we be? Scooby can really pack away the food, I'm a pretty powerful fighter, and I've also lived with Sparx most of my life, thus giving us the advantage in all three contests."

He spoke with a bit of hesitance, hoping it would sound like he was stating facts and not bragging.

Dixie gave them both a look, it was almost as if she was sizing them up.. "That may be true Spyro. But Cynder hasn't eaten much over the last couple days, I happen to be pretty good with a blade, and I'm pretty sure i can tune out a dragonfly flapping his gums for an hour. " She smiled. "So what are you playing for boys?' She repeated. "You didn't answer it before, So I'm repeating it.."

Spyro looked thoughtful for a moment and then a smile spread across his face. "Well.. if we're in the mood... you two will have to climb up on a table in front of the whole cafe and sing and dance something. What do you think, Scooby? Do you know any song that would be particularly embarrassing?"

Ducky nodded to what Ali said, "It is true. The floor must have been like sleeping on a cold cave floor or close. The cot was ok, but a bit small for Petrie and myself and not as comfortable where I usually sleep." She said.

Spyro sighed and leaned back against the wall of the tub. Coming up was something to outdo the girl's forcing the two of them to dress up in dresses was harder then he imagined it could be. "Ugh."
