Taiga glanced towards the dining room. He didn't really care for their choice of topic, since his own race was a quite violent one under most circumstances.

Meddling with time is strictly forbidden where I come from , when you change events in the past you create new dimensions from that change. ' Stripetail replied, "People in the past are not supposed to know about what the future holds , even the ancient fates never revealed what they knew..

He looked at the Tourist'I'm guessing sir that your race has made special arrangements to allow you to travel thrrough time. everytime you go back and change something, even to visit, say Shakespeare, or myself, you are altering time, and creating a different dimension.."

'Spyro, honey, you're not the only one who wishes that. I wish my old friend Marcus hadn't been paralyzed in a car accident, I often wished that I could go back and stop him from gong out that day. But even if it were possible to do that, you'd be giving up what you have to order to go back and change things. I change the past I don't meet Scooby and establish a relationship with him, and I never would have met Stripetail or you or Cynder or Sparx." Dixie said.

The Tourist nods, "Most folks who try to change the past become part of history and end up ensuring the event they want to change does come about."

Brooklyn nods, "Goliath said you can't change the past, it is immutable."

The Tourist nods, "for most, but Time lords, and some others can change the past, though you get in severe trouble if you try and the council sends out certain agents like myself to unchange or / and ensure what happens is what should. There there have been rumours of a few exceptions being made." He nods to what Merlin said, "We have a special relationship with time. Part of it is overseeing time. I don't know the fullness of the details. I wonder if even the lord president does. Maybe only Rassilon does, or did." The tourist said.
