"I don't know that getting out is going to be that simple, Sparx," Spyro said. "Anyway, it's nice to meet all of you."

Getting in not going to happen, for a few days at least" Nick said. "We must first drive out the Shurlupsd, large, nasty illtempered brutes who have taken over must of the resteraunt. "

Spyro sat down on the ground. "Thanks, but we're not really tired."

Cynder nodded. "Yeah, it was the middle of the day, before we got here."

"Talk about jetlag," Sparx said.

"We could keep watch," Spyro volunteered.

Meanwhile, Kenji has finally stopped twitching and fell into a deep sleep. Talon, paying little attention to the newcomers, placed his glaive on a nearby wall and sat next to the cot where his human friend lies.

"I can watch along with you two," Underdog replied. "Other than healing from our mishap with those fiends, there's not much else I can do."

Stripetail continued to monitor Kenji';'s Condition.. "We must keep him stable at all times..' He said. 'The Rest of you can get some sleep, Talon and I will watch over Kenji here.." Kenji was in a deep sleep, which was actually a good thing.. as that woukld allow his body a chance to recover..

Ducky nods, "As long as you are sure and it may be best. Then later some of us can take turns, yep,yep, yep." She said in a somewhat tired voice then headed over to her cot and lay down. Soon she was asleep.

Soon, everyone, save for Stripetail, Spyro Sparx, cynder, Nick, Talon and Dixie were asleep. She turned her head towards the light from the lamp, and mobved her head up from the cot, as quietly as she could, to avoiding waking Scooby on her left, Angel and Stitch on her right, or for the matter anyone near her. "How is he doing?' She mouthed quietly, nodding at Kenji. "He's in a deep slumber. Come on over here. SPyro, Cynder, and .." he pointed at Sparx. "You guys do the same.

"Good, I could use a snooze," Sparx said, flying up to the ceiling and landing on one of the rafters. "In anything breaks in, intent on eating us, don't mention I'm up here."

Spyro headed over toward the cots. Cynder glanced around the room. "I'm not really tired yet. I can stand watch for a few more minutes."

The purple dragon had meanwhile curled up at the foot of one of the cots. He looked over at Cynder. "Don't stay up too late."

Dixie turned away from watching the group and curled back on the cot. She moved close to Scooby, feeling the warmth of his breath as he slept. "I love you cousin. " She whispered as she settled down to sleep, half-hoping that Scooby didn't hear her say that. Scooby Snorted softly, his etyes fluttered briefly, then he resumed sleeping. Dixie yawned and laid her head on the pillow, and sleep soon overtook her.

Petrie continued to sleep, turning over at one point, unaware of what had happened, having slept through the whole thing.

Ducky continued to sleep on, dreaming that all of her new and old friends were together in the Great Valley.

Snoopy dreamed of finally getting that Red Baron at least.

A few hours would pass when Kenji begins to stir. He's hot and has been sweating for a while. Numbness had taken over his entire body and it was a challenge for him to open his eyes. His vision was blurred for quite some time before he could get some focus on some of the others that have sat around him. "If this is death," he muttered, "then this place is already dull..."

Talon had started to nod off when he heard his friend spoke, and almost jumped up in excitement, which could've knocked a lot of slumbering souls awake.

"If you had truly died, you'd be in a long hall along with hundreds of other beings, waiing to be assigned their final place for all of time. Boring, but only until you are assigned a place. Fortunately, or unfortunately, you have pulled through. You are lucky, in many regards Kenji. The human will to live is a remarkable thing."
