Wataru slid his helmet on and slung a leg over the bike. He waved to the group and then took off down the road.

Spyro and Cynder climbed into the backseat, both itched around a bit before they found a way to seat themselves comfortably.

"How long will this trip take?" Spyro asked.

Strut opened the trunk and placed the gas cans in the trunk.

"Okay. I've got the gas cans." Strut said. He then squeezed himself in the backseat.

Spyro and Cynder took a few moments to figure out how to work the seatbelts and then both settled back against the seat.

"Are you sure these things will really help?" Cynder asked, pulling on the seatbelt band.

Dixie suddenlty realized something. "great I forgot to change into my new dress and show you the suit I bought you" She said to Scooby. This remided Cynder of the suit they had gotten Spyro..and the 'other' gift she had planned to give him.."

Cynder glanced over at Spyro. She would have liekd to given him the presents, but they were currently stuffed into the car. "We can hand them out after we get back." she said to Dixie.

Cynder sighed as the surprise of the first present was ruined. She still leaned over to Spyro and quickly kissed him on the lips. Spyro smiled at her as her lips broke away from his and she smiled back warmly.

Deimos, Dr. Zanasiu, Rime, Mr. Bigmouth andZachary reappeared in the office.

"I'm going to get something to eat." Zachary said.

"I'll serve as the cook." Dr. Kerzach replied.

Deimos's stomach rumbled. "I'll go downstairs too."

Mr. Bigmouth looked at Nick. "Nick, the Shining Stones I paid you with are worth quite a bit. If we can get to the Great Valley we could harvest some to pay for the repairs."

In the car Strut was sitting next to Spyro and Cynder. "We'll be getting a lot of ammo so I'll need help carrying it all and loading it into the car. And if anyone needs a gun, speak up. I'll buy one for you when we get there."

it's not just the money Mr BigMouth. Its the repairs. :Its gonna take months to fix this place, maybe years. Annd we had only been open for about a month..Aves and I were given a lot of money from Stripetail when we took this place over. We spent a lot of it cleaning it up, and fixing it up to pass health inspection. We also got rid of the horrible food.. Now we'll have to do it all over again.." Nick said glumly. " A few Shining Stones won't be nearly enough.."
