"Aye sir it powering up, to 30% now at 33% it will take about 5 minutes for full power to Grapping Tractor emitters" Wolf replied keeping the channel open to the captain.

"Stripetail we all ready in 5 minutes the devices that the Untpia Pleasre over Mars in our dimension built the devices to the parts of each blue print told them, the devices are almost fully powered up and will be ready to pull the city back to the surface" Picard told Stripetail

"I've prepared drinks and some light fare to munch on while we wait" he gestured an a large table of food appeared, covered in with plates of food and bottles of various drinks. "Punch, wine and soda." He said pointing out the drinks. "help yourselves"

Wolf said on the comm badge. "fully charged and ready captain"

"Fire" Picard orders and the beams shot out down into the water the beams attach on the dome of the city and the city starts to be pulled up towards the surface

"1 hour and 12 minutes till the City reach the surface captain" Wolf said to Picard over the comm badge.

"Very well. Picard out" Picard turn at them "well it started lets sit and wait" Picard smiled.

Firebreath doesn't work on it..." Nosovar replied, the smile on Picard's face vanishing. "The only thing that works on it is time. Trust me, I've tested it out on dragons, and they haven't been able to unfreeze themselves with firebreath. You would be no different Captain. Although you probably would be able to drink more than an normal dragon( due to your Sliver powers)before your tongue froze, the net effect of the wine would be magnified once your tongue froze. "

"That is very insulting... even I am a dragon I was still born on Earth and I still don't mind drinking it some times. it harmless now with sythohoal having the same kick and taste of Beer but it don't have the drunken affect of it." Picard stated to him and quite offended by the comment Nosovar made.

That is true to a certain degree" Nosovar replied, but the defense system was created in response to outside threats. Drastilatrix devastated the Earth when he left hundreds of years ago, before his rampage, humans had felt no need to create large defenses for themselves. But since he left, humans have been building ever more elaborate defenses, driven partly by fear of attack from above, and fear that they will not be able to defend themselves if an attack comes. This view is simply paranioa, the defense system is now so powerful thhat no small force could sucessfully overpower it. It would take the powers of a god-like creature, or an overwhelmingly vast force, to defeat the defense system."
