Not so Wayne, Zillar is currently powerless, it will take some time for him to recover his powers. Besides Stripetail has proven that his powers are on a par with Zillar's, it takes an great deal of energy to revive a golden egg, and furthermore Stripetail had to not only revive the child, he had to first extract it from the egg, heal it, reform the egg around the child and do it all in less than an hour." Mother Dragon replied. "An extremely difficult task. To be honest I did not expect him to succeed, but he proved me wrong." A smile broke out on her face. "

Then Mother Dragon turned and gestured at the Statue intoning strange words in a language that was foriegn to all who heard it. The statues eyes began to move, the golden outer shell vanished and Zillar's body was revealed. There was a loud yell "Arghhhh!" as the formerly imprisoned Zillar burst forth from his bonds."Pray, after time in ageless dark, my bonds have been loosened" Zillar said, his voice rusty and his words in archaic form. The look of fear faded then returned as he saw the Mother Dragon. "Sentrisa! why thee mock me? Has not thine spell been enough?' He said in a loud voice.

"Yes, the federation helped out the Rainbow Faces since their cities was damaged so they kindly gave them a planet in their dimension and under the flag of the Untited Federation of Planets they been warned of a race that loves to get profit called the Fenrgi." Wayne replied.

Wayne looked at the Mother Dragon "then it going to be a very tough battle to get the federation to let him go, they took years to find him for killing alot of federation civilians and damaging one of their M-class planets in that respect they would refuse all appiles to let him go, they have him now and punishing him for it at Earth in their dimension. Rehabe centre I talked to on Earth said these words to me 'All appiles will be refused until he serve his time at the Rehabe conloy in New Zealand, the federation most wanted with not be allowed to return to his dimension untill the federation council sees he can be trusted till then he will never be allowed to travel off the planet Earth after he served his sentence that was the 100% agreement of the Federation council and review of his case will be in 30 years to this date Stardate 61094.3'" wayne said reading it out on a pad that he had then showing it to Stripetail.

"As you see they firmaly will not let him go and once they do the Rainbow Faces have signed a agreement with the federation to give him up to them to rebuild the ones that the federation have not repaired by hand. they don't care if it takes him forever to do it they see it as a equal punishment to what he did to them" Wayne said and Stripetail saw it all on the pad and the rate it looked like Incanur going to have alot to do for a very long time no hope at present of returning to the Wizzins.

At the federation Council Snowpaw stood before them seeing if a applie would work "I am sorry Wizzin Snowpaw but we have came up with a total max out vote of refusing his release we know his been asking for a second chance but his caused so much suffering to federation civilians that the ones that survived be suffered more to know this being who destoryed so much all those years ago and even almosted destoryed USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D in all this effert of freeing him... I know you have gone through we have to refuse it. I am sorry but that is our final disuession of the matter. the case will be revised in 29 years and 11 months and 23 days" a Admiral spoke out to her. "This meeting is agerned" he push a button and a computerized ding sounds out in the hall. the federation council members get up and walk out of a side door.

Council members spoke to each other about it for about 10 minutes then the Adimral looked at her "we will allow you to visit and what you call a prision isn't that Snowpaw in fact is REHABE conlony where groups of did things bad are sent there and then worked as a team see the affects of working as friends, fellow helpings even see that keeping to the law will bring award of happiness in it whack. we not trying to make them suffer Snowpaw we trying to get them to see where they went wrong." Admiral Paris stated to Snowpaw.

"I am heading to New Zealand to see how his doing since I got a report about 2 days ago that his work detail that was asked to do with a group of others been going very well and seem to have made a close friend in the process... lets see if I can find her name... ah here it is Louise Edmore (sorry forgot her oridangle name) sent to the Rehabe conlony using damagous weapons on a rade at Plato Station. She been there for about 3 years now and was clear to leave 3 months ago but requested to stay on with your ex-wizzin friend, but first you will see him through security systems then I will take you to him." Admiral Paris said as they walked to the transport shuttle. "Now do you wish to say anything else bad about our way of dealing with crimials?" Admiral Paris asked as the Transport leaves with them on it heading to the Conlony with time displayed 30 minutes 23 seconds to arriving at it.

Louise said to Incanur "I have put up at first when you seem to close of on everything that tricky outter shell put you've came a long way and I want to help see this through together. I might just be a mare mortal but a life time with you as my dearest friend is worth it and I believe it is your Brithday today so I asked to make this" she showed a staff "it might not be the real thing to your oridganl with all that power and stuff but this stick with the crystal holds a meaning of friendship that I hope that never ends. Incanur took it and touch the crystal it pressed down then started to make a musical tone that was peaceful in heart it self for about 2 minutes then end. "Another little gentle suprise for you Incanur. I hope you like the presant" Louise said with a smile.

"Well well well look what the goody girl gave big dead Incanur" one of the others that was sent to the Rehabe spoke with three others they holding blades

"Oh and what your going to do? little girl, we have a score to settle with the immotral prick, he might be that but he still can feel pain" he charge at him then sudden he was grabbed by Louise and twisted around his arms behind his back "What..." the she kicks him into the others they landing in a pile
"Care to try again?" she spoke with her arms crossed
two officers saw what was happening and came to the three men "get up and come to the detention room at once" they had their phasers out and the men got up walked away with the oifficers

Incanur had a feeling from how swift she moved that there was something she never told him or anyone.

Louise looked at him "I was born by my mother under some magic quest from a group of people that work in the federation in a old temple that still stands in the heart of a forest South Amierca... I don't understand it since I never touch foot on Earth since I gotten here I was always at the edge of the solar system or in space. So I thought it was a load of crazy attempts but I remember when I was six entering the same temple again it had a large dragon statue over it they was the last of their tribe of the blood line I am that last... they all died in a accient at Mars when the first Borg cube came it destoryed their transport so I never knew the rest of the meaning of that very tribe. since I touch foot back on Earth I had sudden burst of energy in strength and speed without warning. I kind of afiard of it" Louise said sitting down as Incanur did as well putting his paw on her shoulder.

"I don't even know what the tribe was called but all I know they had a belief in the magic of the dragon King Bahumaht that what the Statue reperence... I don't know much else about it... or why I get this sudden burst of energy... it very scary for me... your the only one I told you..." she said and was in tears.

Incanur never heard of a Dragon name Bahumaht or of his magic this must be this dimensions only signs of magic but he couldn't really tell much of this magical belief or the tribe it was all completely unknown to him and never heard of magic givng boast of power in speed and strength.

(this is one dragon no one knows about not even the mother dragon or Stripetail even the Q)

" This was a thinly veiled shot at Stripetail, and his decison to have children with Eva. Incanur got up and turned away. "look your secret is safe with me. But there is one question i have to ask. Admiral Paris and Snowpaw then walk up to them "Icanur, I am Admiral Paris and I brought you a visitor. Oh and one more thing since your've done such a good job and rehabing very well from midnight tonight to midnight tomorrow you will be allowed outside the conlony to visit anywhere in the world but if you step off this planet you will be brought back here right away and put on record. This record here is the only reason we letting you leave the conoloy to go anywhere on Earth for 24 hours starting tonight. and you can take one other with you but we will keep track of you through the tags." Admiral Paris spoke out clearly to Icanur then look at Snowpaw "you have 1 hour visiting, no more no less a officer will come to tell you when your time is almost up Snowpaw. but if you like later on at Midnight you can wait outside the Rehabe conlony for your fellow ex-wizzin." Admiral Paris then leaves after handing a pad with the documents on display to Icanur giving him promission to leave site for 24 hours at Midnight tonight. then the admrial leaves.

"I heard his son was here at one time after he falsly gave records about a accient that was his fault but then told the truth. and ended up here for a little while after he was kick out of Star Fleet and join some freedom group in the bad lands area between federation and condassian space" Louise spoke "but his son is now some top notch commander with his wife captain of USS Ytide."

The Wizzin has expanded by three members since you were kicked out, and we will soon induct another. This will make the number 17, including Mertavius and yourself. But since Mertavius is dead and you have been expelled, the active number is 15." Incanur's stare was blank. "If you behave, you will allowed to leave here and come back to our dimension. Then we will consider whether to re-admit you. You've said you want another chance, well you have to earn it. the reports we have been getting have been surprisingly good." Snowpaw said, turning to Louise "Oh, pardon me. I'm lady Snowpaw. I'm a Wizzin like Incanur here." She saisd extending her paw to Louise.
