"Good luck then, it sounds like you may need it." - Cayso said quite cheerfully, while trying to imagine his friend trying to learn that and in the possible falls he may get, just regretting he may not be able to be there to see that happening.

Cyrix smiled and replied "Okay then, anyone who would like to learn just stand in from of me and then take a deep breath, hold it for a moment and try to just think of something that would make you fall asleep..."

Okay, alright. Ecco placed hisself in front of Cyrix, hold a deep breath and thought at a river, which were flowing through the valley and he was lying on a stone next to the river.

Cyrix smiled at how well Ecco was catching on. He then looked around to see if any one else needed help or were starting to get the hang of it.

Longtail then sat down having nothing important to do but watch his friends learn a new trick.

Mim and Littlefoot moved to stand in front of Cyrix. Both closed their eyes and tried to think of something to help them fall asleep.

Littlefoot thought of a nice warm night with soft grass under him and his grandparents, Bron & Shorty near him all sleeping.

Mim thought of laying down on soft warm grass with the bright circle overhead and a stream flowing nearby.

Ecco slowly felt, the heavyness, coming over his body. He lost the thought he had for a short time, and fell forward. But he could get hisself again. Woah, that¥s indeed not easy, but I¥ll try again. He said surprisingly. So, he thought again at the river, the surrounding and the warm storm he was laying on.

Cyrix smiled at everyone's willingness to try this. He then said to himself 'The last time I tried to teach this...heh...silly Spike tail nearly sleep walked right off a cliff. heheh...'

Longtail yawned and put his head down determined to sleep while he could before the sparring match with Cayso.

Mim felt herself start to fall asleep and start to fall but managed to quickly catch herself. She used the same imagery before to relax herself again and to edge close to being asleep.

Littlefoot started to fall asleep and his feet began to slip out from under him, but her jerked himself more wake, "Not as easy as it looks." He said smiling a bit.

Cyrix watched and noticed this was getting easier for all of them, and he decided to give them all a little help. "Everyone...keep your eyes closed but try spreading you legs like you were going to charge at someone...that should give you a bit more of a steady balance." said Cyrix with a smile

Ecco did so. And see there, from one at the other moment it felt easier for him to hold balance. He let the heavynes slow over his whole body. And everything was going to get more darker.

Cayso was fascinated looking at the Leaf-eaters trying to learn from Cyrix that trick to sleep while standing, he then looked at Longtail getting ready to sleep, Cayso smiled at him and then he looked at Cyrix. While not trying the trick himself, Cayso is still listening to all hints Cyrix is giving.

Littlefoot couldn't remember what he did when he charged someone since he so seldom did it, but he could remember Cera doing so and like would sometimes do before she would charge he took one of his front feet, with his eyes closes and moved it in the ground making a groove, like she sometimes did before she's charge. He felt a bit odd with his legs in this position, but he did feel a bit more stable. He relaxed himself as best as he could with the imagery he used before and felt himself relaxing.

Mim had never charged anyone that she could remember. She usually ran away from foes, let them come at her, or other things. She experimented with small movements of her feet and legs till she found what felt like a more stable way of standing and relaxed and used the mental imagery before to relax and felt herself relaxing as before.

Cayso was keep on listening to Cyrix but the Raibowface's words made a deeper impact on the kid Fast-bitter than he thought, and he began feeling sleepy as well, by following some of the advices, Cayso closed his eyes and began remembering a place he saw when he was a very small Hatchling: A place with a light blue sky, tall green grass, less ammount of mountains than the Great Valley but with more hills, many waterfalls between forests of tall green trees and a soft breeze, a bit colder, or refreshing, than the breeze of the Great Valley. Cayso was undoubtely beginning to dream about his original home "Green Haven".

the sounds of the place Ecco imagined became louder and louder, until he didn¥t notice anything what was going on around him, any more. Now he really slept, he managed to do it.

Littlefoot felt himself relax and go into the dream he was thinking about. He was in part of the Great Valley where he usually slept with the sound of the Thundering Falls not to far off and just able to be heard. There was warm grass and dirt under him with the bright circle was overhead.

Mim felt herself relax and also fall into a light slumber laying on a bank on warm grass and the cool water flowing slowly and gurgling as it flowed along it's route in a slow moving river very nearby and easily heard.

Cayso woke up, he then smiled at Cyrix as he stood up and began walking towards the river to drink some water. The memories of his original home are still very vivid on his mind; he made sure he was far away enough of the group to shed a tear, but he was not sad at all.
Cayso smiled as he drank some water, he remained there for a moment, enjoying the breeze.

Cyrix gave a wide smile as he watched what was happening. He honestly hadn't felt this good in many, many cold times. He was so happy, as he could see Littlefoot and Mim, and even Cayso had done it for a short moment. He looked over at Cayso with a smile, not seeing him shed a tear. He then walked over and said with a happy tone..."Congratulations. You've all done it. You should be very proud."

Littlefoot opened his eyes, "We have?" He then looked and noticed he had remained standing as he had been dozing. "I guess we have." He said looking at the others. "I guess we should practice it now and then to get better." He said.

Mim opened her eyes, "Really, I had not noticed. I guess that is the key to it." She said. "We have all done very well." She said smiling to those present.
