The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

I just discovered that my post was not removed at all. I mixed up two identical looking forums. :bang
There is no response to my post though. It is good to see that there is some way for you to get here Kacie, but we still don't really know what the problem is, do we?

I believe it has to do with Prolog. I haven't gotten a response yet though. Maybe I'll ask dad to call them if the problem persists to where we move.

I did get a response, but no real progress yet. They needed me to provide the link to The Gang of Five as well as the other site I'm having problems with, Silver Fang Fanhouse. I'll make a post when I get the next response.

It would be funny if one of the workers at Darkhououmon's ISP was an LBT fan and they found this forum through their job. :lol Talk about a post worthy of putting in the thread about how you found the site. :D

My ISP was unable to pinpoint the problem, however the problem has disappeared today. The browsers no longer freeze when I try to access this site, and I no longer have to rely on AOL to get on. I don't know what was causing the problem, but at least it's gone now.

I"m glad the problem magically went away, like it magically appeared.  Hopefully it'll stay gone.
