Petrie saw the angry look on the female and let out a little cry and tried to hide behind Ducky, who turned around to pat Petrie.

"It is ok Petrie. She is not mad at you, no, no, no." She said in a calm soothing voice.

Mim looked a bit away from the interaction, so Mitch would not be as embarrassed as he was, she hoped. He was old enough to stand up for himself & handle it himself, she thought, and doubted he'd need her help anyway.

Shera saw Mitch was in trouble. Slowly she went standing next to him. She was afraid something would happen to him, so she was looking at his face. Could he handle it?

"We almost had it ourselves! Yeah! Look! our... umm... Sharpteeth friend here got strucked aswell! Yes he did! Look he's all wozzy!" He discretly blinked an eye to Chomper and the guys!

Dante nodded vigorouslty, simeltaneously trying to make himself as small as possible to avoid Hunter's wrath.
"Y-Yeah! I just got hit on the head by one earlier, didn't I? Darn near knocked me out, it did!"

Hunter didn't look at all convinced and she only growled louder and she was about to reply when Cera spoke up...

"Hey! I don't know who you are, but maybe you need to back off before I get angry!" Hunter looked at Cera with a smile and said "You can't be serious...." And Cera's reply was "Oh yes I can!" And the young threehorn charged at Hunter hoping she wouldn't move.

Soar audibally gulped, wondering exactly what it was she had just let herself in for. She'd never seen a chain of eventsd progress so quickly, it was making her head spin. She began breathing more deeply.

Mim shook her head. "Why is it so few would rather fight then breath deep and seek peace? Quite a limited mode of thinking. Displays how limited one's intellect is." Mim said in a tone similar to that of the female rainbowface to those who were in the Great Valley during that time.

"Huh?" Petrie said confused by what Mim had said.

Ducky nods, "Oh yes, I have noticed some of the grown ups here act more like babies then we kids do. Though I don't mean to offend anyone." She said looking around at the various folks present.

Mim nodded, "A sign that you young ones display more openmindedness and intelligence then some of the grown ups here do." Mim said in the same tone of voice as before.

Dante stepped in front of Cera and Hunter, arms held out wide.
"Woah! Hey! Now's not the time for this! We need to work together if we want to get our friends back, right? You two can fight it out after we rescue Littlefoot and Longtail, OK?"
He said, somewhat agitated...

Both Hunter and Cera eyed each other down for a moment and then snorted at each other and stepped back as Hunter said "Fine..." Cera on the other hand, just held her tail up in the air and walked back towards Mim and the rest of the group.

Hunter then asked "Hey...wait...what happened to Longtail? Is he alright?"

"Uhm...Not really, no. He and Littlefoot got captured by two egg-stealers, and they're somewhere in the beyond right now. We were just gonna go looking for them."

Not hoping to much that the conversation was over, he began to walk ahead.
He feelt like he needed some air after this.

Mim nods then looks over at hunter. "A group is going to rescue them both. You interested in helping?" She said.

"Mean egg eaters, scary. They here before." Petrie said, referring to before when they also hatched Chomper's egg, though they've not told anyone that part.

Ducky nodded, "They are mean and scary indeed, yes they are." Ducky said, remembering how they acted before.

Chomper and Zaine walked upt towards Hunter. Chomper was the first to speak up. "Yeah, it's kind of a long story, but we know what they are like, and we plan on getting rid of them once we rescue Littlefoot and Longtail."

Zaine was a bit nervous about asking Hunter for help, especially since he didn't know her that well. "Look, I know you aren't familiar with Littlefoot, but Longtail is with him. Could you help us?"

All Hunter could do was smile...and for three reasons. One: She caught how Dante slipped up and said join me...instead of us. Two...the other members of the group had yet to realize that she was a sharptooth, and Three...She was honor bound to help her friends when they needed her, so naturaly her response was..

"Count me in..."
