Zaine smiled. "Thank you so much." He then turned towards the others. "Ok guys, I think it's about time we headed our seperate ways. Cyrix and I will lead the group going after the stone. Mim, you and Mitch should lead the group going after the egg eaters. Chomper, use your sniffer to help us out."

Chomper nodded. "You can count on me."

Littlefoot then looked at Hunter. "I assume you would want to go with the group searching for Littlefoot and Longtail, but if you wanted to come with us ater the stone, you may do so."

Hunter smiled and said "Yes..I'll go looking for Littlefoot and Longtail. But maybe I should lead the group...I'm faster and well...I know my way around the Mysterious beyond for one thing." She looked at Mim and said "Uhh...not that you have to give up the lead of course."

She then smiled at Dante and said "Well...long time no see, how have you been?"

"Chomper may be a logical choice to be one of the ones up front. He knows the scent of Littlefoot & Longtail well as well as the egg eaters, and I can run quite fast if need be. Not only of the right form, but also living in the mysterious beyond and dealing with large sharpteeth, and other things."

Ducky looked at the others, "Who will lead our group to go to the stone?"

"Not Petrie, to scary be in lead." He said shaking his head.

"Chomper will go first, followed by Hunter."
"Mim will be in the middle and I will be our tail, you others can place yourself anywhere between us? Does this ound like something?"

"Or if you want me in the front or middle that's ok."

Zaine looked towards Mitch. "Actually, that's a really good idea. Chomper can tell you which path their scent is, and the rest of you can place yourselves whithin the group to help protect them."

Chomper looked over towards Hunter. I wonder if anybody else will notice that she is a sharptooth. Oh well, I guess I'll get the chance to talk to her soon.

Longtail was still trying to stand but Ozzy's foot stopped him. He groaned as he felt more pressure on his body. He then tried to speak as he mumbled "L-leave...Littlefoot....alone..."

Soar closed her eyes. In all her thoughts of meeting new people, she had never considered being surrounded by sharpteeth in such a short length of time. She hadn't expected to meet any sharpeeth at all for that matter.

Zaine looked around at the others and nodded. "Ok then. The group going after the stone, we're going to leave in a couple minutes. I suggest you say your good byes now, because you won't see each other for a little bit." He then walked over towards Chomper. "Chomper, I want you to keep them safe, but above all find Littlefoot and Longtail. Bring them back to us."

Chomper nodded. "Don't worry Zaine. I don't plan on failing."

Ozzy laughed at Longtail's remark. "Sorry, but I don't take requests from hostages. You should have listened to me when I told you to behave, but now look what you made me do."

Meanwhile, Strut proceeded towards Littlefoot. "I'm going to make this very simple for you. Either surrender and give this pointless fight up, or I will end it for you."

Longtail said "Have you ever seen a flyer become a sharptooth?" hoping that question would peak Ozzy's curiosity.

Hunter smiled at Dante and said "Well looks like you guys are about to move out....so don't get hurt! Or I'll hurt you even more!" She then patted him on the back and smiled again as she walked over to Chomper and Zaine and said "Hey...how are you two doing?'

Zaine smiled. "We're doing fine. Thank you so much for coming out and helping us. Logtail will be happy to see you. Please help keep the others safe, and be careful yourself." He nodded and turned to say good bye to the others.

Chomper walked up towards Hunter. "You are the prettiest sharptooth I have ever seen," he whispered. He then smiled.

Littlefoot wasn't sure he could fight them both or win, but he was thinking at the very least he'd delay them a bit and give his friends time to come up with a plan and catch up to where they were, or at least get closer.

"You both are nothing but bullies." Littlefoot said holding his ground.

Mim nods. "That sounds good. Plus those going on the rescue group also have to consider if they'll remain as one group once we're close to where the egg eaters and their captives are, or if 1 or 2 may try to rescue the captives while the rest distract, engage or fight the egg eaters." Mim said.

"I do wonder if it is real stone of cold fire, or just an plain falling rock like the last one was." Ducky said.

"We find out." Petrie said.

Cera turned to Ducky and replied "It had better not be! That last silly stone almost made us lose you!"

Hunter turned a bright red as she heard what Dante said, then attempting to control herself Hunter smiled at what Chomper said and whispered back "Thank you, but how do you know I'm a sharptooth?"

Cyrix smiled and said "I believe the best action would be divide and conquer, but I'm sure Longtail is already doing his best at that."

Seeing as how Ozzy didnt answer Longtail played his trumph card and his right eye turned yellow. As it did he let loose a feroursos scream that shook the ground and as he stopped to take a breath he said "I'm a half sharptooth!"

Zaine smiled. "Stay safe you guys, and take those egg heads down!" He then began to lead his group down their path. "Good luck Chomper!" he yelled back.

"You too Zaine! Find that stone!" Chomper than began to sniff the air for Littlefoot's scent. He had used this trick many times in their countless adventures before, and this was no different. Once he caught the scent, he pointed in the direction it was coming from. "This way guys." While his group began to move, Chomper looked towards Hunter. "Well, being that I'm a sharptooth also, I could tell you were one also. Don't worry, if you want to keep it a secret, I won't tell." He then held his hand up again. "Leaf scout's honor!"

Petrie flew over to where the group going after the stone were heading.

"Good luck." Ducky called out before she ran over to where her group heading to the stone was and started walking along with them.

Mim nodded, "Ok, if he's that way we know where we're heading. Just be careful since the egg eaters may try an ambush by using Littlefoot and Longtail as bait or something." Mim said as she waited for her group to get into position and start so she could move along with in her her planned position.
