"No they don't, they never had for the last 2,500 years. they highly technological advanced and part of the ever growing fedration. but they would be risking alot if magic was to return there 59 other races in the fedration that don't believe in magic and seeing it would make them fear out of control and cause a civil war within the fedration which would kill billions of lives... magic isn't a strong thing in my dimension ... it just how things work" Tri said to Stripetail

I happen to be a very powerful magical creature Tri. Magic has been an integral part of my existence, and any place that doesn't have magic(unless it never existed there) i regard with distaste. I can work with non-magical creatures, but I have little patience for creatures that are intolerant of it. I think I could help the Sowarkardians regain thier magic, I know and posess numerous ancient spellsin my library. In any case, i would put limits on magic use once it was reintroduced, to placate the other races who are distrustful of magic. "

Star Fleet HQ in Earth runs the Fedration of Planets without the council votes above 60% you can't do it. it the Fedration way of keeping a fair pressure of all races. it a dission that made for the best of them all" Tri whispers to him by the water hole. "It worked like that for 200 years or so and very stable even through the war against the Domian and the Borg"

I'll get the 60% tri, you need not worry about that. I'm very good at persuasion, and if I need to compromise to get what I want, I'll do that. If the council wants to oversee the reintroduction of magic, I'll be fine with that.' Stripetail replied.

Q appeared in the tree above Spikefoot "mmm... opps" he drops a fruit from the tree on Spikefoot and disappears in a flash.

"Ack!" Spikefoot yelled and looked up at the tree above him, looking for the cause of the falling fruit.

"What's wrong, Dad?" Guan asks when he stops. His sisters and uncle also stop to look.

"A fruit fell on my head," the father replied, rubbing his head. "But there's no flyer up there to cause it. Strange..."

Littlefoot ran along Latias until they come across Petrie, Ducky, and Spike, as well as not too far from Stripetail and Tri.

Q appeared again grabbing another fruit and throwing it at Cera this time and vanishing once more.

Cera got hit square int the face she stopped and shook her head "WHO DID THAT!?" Cera roared out in angure

"uh oh!" Petrie hid under Latias.

Cera looked at the tree seeing SPikefoot with fruit on his face as well she looked up at the tree to see no one in it "Weird... the fruit came from up there... the way that fell and HIT me on the face say it comes from there!"

That's odd' Stripetail said. He hadn't sensed any presence there, perhaps the creature was able to block anyone from sensing thier presence. 'The Q's are immensely powerful and they like to pull pranks...' He thought. "This would be right up thier alley"
