"Both come Triceratops blend in with the valley and she can pretend to be Tri's mother" Q said to them with a finger spinning around "But I will do this after your guests arrive. bye bye for now and keep your mouths shut if you want a good ending" Q vanishes.

Q's voice echoed to her "No can do sun shine. there only two to come and mistakes to the rainbow faces make them really pissed off. so Stripetail is the only one to be one and child form made it easy for them to not get annoyed about. triceratops that it. I won't do anything else. my choice final choice get me" Q said to Stripetailler and Horn with his voice fading away and disappeared.

"No point shouting back he won't listen. he gets what he wants to do..." Horn shakes his head "We have to wait till these two rainbow faces come guessing they the ones he talked about being insulted easily by someone else minicing their forms even for a child" Horn said to Stripetailler

"SOunds like this guy bring hope back to your people but if this happens what happens to the federation... it depends deeply on your technological advancesments.. your people created technology that add all aliens in the fedration. if your magic returns wil your people look more to magic that makes them forget about the fedration?" Horn said to her.

"There is balance in the federation I know your thinking about your people but what about the billions of lives human, vulcan and the other 150 odd speices... would the cost of magic returning to your planet worth a civil war in the fedration? there are 59 speices like Vuclans that don't believe in magic and this fear would bring a melt down to the federation... a melt down that could cost billions of lives" Horn said in a tone that brough truth to the word magic.

Magic that Stripetailler longed for on her world but the cost of it could bring down the federation of planets which could be serious in long term damage and could even end her dreams in that civil war destorying her planet as well. the balance between the races can't be lightly broken.

"You know that your magic will never reach immortal like your past people did... this would bring choas as well... the planet the fedration has in the Briar patch is the only planet with a nature flex to keep living creatures immortal only if they live there. that is the only place something like immortal can stand. Magic is a no there as well so your goverment have to keep a strick firm hand on the rules of magic there no passing a limit" Horn said to Stripetailler.

Captain, if this guy is really as powerful as i think he is, the old magic will return, in him.But you're right, we must keep strict limit on magic , the strongest level is Level 1, only the greatest reach that Level anyway, so no one will be allowed to rise to that Level. Wizards who are already at that Level will be exempted provided that they agree not to use thier strongest magics unless under extreme circumstances. We can't have our federation destroyed, not after all the hard work that's been done to create and maintain it. I just hope this guy can cope with all this. He will bring hope to our people,and magic as well, but he may also cause problems. ' Stripetailler said.
