Ian woke up.
When he saw that it was Melissa that had waken him up, he got up and started to wag his tail with joy. His face shun like a sun at her.
He spoke out one of the few words that Evan had tought him earlier.

"Play!"

He started to jump around playfully.

Ricktor gave a bright grin as he sighed and said, "Well that's good to hear, and yeah..I'll drink to that! So you want to head to back to the commons or do you want something from my private stash?"

Grandpa Longneck for most of his life had believed in the thoughts of others and teaching Littlefoot the difference from right and wrong, but this news brought such joy to his heart that as he stood up he began to shed tears as he finally said, "Yes...yes Littlefoot...I'd like to see her again. Please...lead the way."

"How about we do it later the since I'm giving the tour in a few hours and it may be best not to come drunk cause it hard for me to say no when there's drinking involved,' frank said.

Ricktor laughed and said "Sure, okay Frank I'll hold you to it." Now go get ready, while I get some well deserved rest." And almost before he finished his sentence Ricktor was sound asleep with his head on his hands, hanging over the back of the padded chair.

Longtail smiled at Petrie's suggestion. "That's a really good idea! Hey uncle can I try to sleep in a cave tonight?"

Cyrix laughed and replied "Only if it's near my cave nephew, wouldn't want you getting into trouble by yourself now would we?"

Longtail giggled and said "No, guess not." He then turned to Cera and said, "I say we race to the Thundering Falls that will waste our time, and when we get there it should be time for the meeting to start!

Frank smiled and walked out silently remembering to close the door quietly. "Well I'd better see if melissa's awake,' he thought to himself walking back to the greenhouse.

Ducky looked at Cyrix, "Maybe there is a small cave or a ledge type of thing near where your cave is that he could try using, there could be." Ducky said.

Frank walked into the green house and saw Ian and Melissa bouncing on evan. He chuckled and smiled to himself before walking to where they could see him.

Melissa noticed frank and jumped off evan and ran to frank. "Hey how ya doing melissa,' he said.

"I'm glad her dad's around!"
It was Evan who spoke.
He was standing up with Ian standing by his feet.
Evan rubbed his belly gently with his hand.
"God knows how long they've jumped onto me..." he said and chuckled, before strethcing his back and walked over to Frank.
Ian followed him, but ran ahead to Melissa and began to chase around Frank's legs after her.

"What's going on upon the surface?" Evan asked and rubbed his chin and yawned.

"We should probbaly wait for her to get here before we go to the thundering falls,' The male rainbowface said refering to the female rainbow face.

"Yea I guess." Cera said, not entirely convinced and a bit annoyed, wanting to race.

"If we do go there before she gets here she may get lost, she may." Ducky said.

"Great Valley have danger places." Petrie said, remembering a few they had come across or gotten into during their past adventures.

"Oh, yes, yes, like the sinking sand." Ducky said.

"Let's not talk about that again." Cera said, well remembering the incident.

Chomper stayed somewhat near Littlefoot's mother, not in the same cave where she was, but nearby, in case she needed or wanted anything. He managed to find a few things he could eat as he did so, knowing she could not see him.

"Okay." Evan said short.
"Well, me and Ian have been taking some lessons. He has learned quite many simple words already! I'm sure that he will develop more in time and with some training. Letting him play with Melissa is great!"

Evan went for his rucksack. Dissapointed, he threw it aside.
"Oh man... I'm out. And I'm sick of vegetables!" he said and rolled his eyes.
"Frank, I'm starving. I don't know if I'm allowed to leave this place, so if you wouldn't mind... some food?" Evan said and lifted his shoulders a little.

Ian ran off and found a rock that he passed over to Melissa.
He then waited for her to pass it back.

"Well I could get some food from the cafe if you'd like,' frank said. "Yeah I'll have to teach Melissa later since the tour will start in about an hour or two,' frank said looking at his watch.

Melissa passed the rock back to ian

eric got up and walked over to ian and melissa want to play with them.

Longtail frowned as he heard they had to wait.
"This is so pointless...I'm bored! I wanna race." He sighed and said "I'll only wait so long. Before I fall asleep."
