"I would, I would. It always nice to meet new friends, but what do they look like?" Ducky asked, curious about what they looked like and not wanting to wait till tomorrow to find out. She then looked at Spike, "You want to meet them too don't you Spike." Spike nodded, not minding about meeting them, and hoping there would be some green food nearby and when they'd get near some green food. "I remember the rainbow faces. Some of the grown ups did not seem to like them or their questions and ways to talking. They seemed nice though." Ducky said thinking and remembering their encounters with the rainbowfaces from before, "And the underground valley sounds, nice, but a little scary maybe." She said.
Chomper nods, "I would, it sounds neat." Then he started thinking, "Humans, maybe that is what I've been smelling. I've been smelling something sometimes that I've not smelled before, but whenever I go over to see what it is it seems to run away, like Hidden Runner did when Cera got close, but I've never been able to get close enough to see one of them." He then spoke partially to himself, "It smelled like 1 person, maybe one of the ones that Littlefoot met." He said. Chomper sniffed at the vent, "Yep, I can smell some of the same kind, but different ones, like they were there but are not now." He said. "And some unusual smells too coming from down there.
"No fair, Longtail should have to promise too." Cera said, then she looked at Chomper, "It wasn't my fault Hidden Runner ran away, I just said hello." She said, she then looked over at Littlefoot, " I just hope these humans, as you call them, are nice and it's not a trick or something." She stepped a step closer to Littlefoot still looking at him, "Are you sure they are not sharpteeth of some kind? And a hard ground inside, maybe it's just like the ground of a cave, that is hard. And those rainbowfaces... they always sounded like they new everything and talked in jibberish."
Petrie looked at Littlefoot, "Me can't wait, but are you sure they are not scary looking?" Petrie asked with a concerned expression on his face. He then looked at Cera with a mix of a hint of fear and amusement, "Me can understand Hidden Runner, Cera scary sometimes." Petrie said. Then Petrie nodded at the mention of the rainbow faces, "Me remember them, but me no understand what they say at times. But me do wonder what he meant by enormous black, enormous black what.. enormous black sharptooth?" Petrie said getting a bit scared at imagining what the male rainbowface was going to say when he was interrupted by the female.
Ducky nodded, "She can be scary, she can, she can." Ducky said nodding in agreement.
"Hey." Cera said looking at the two of them.
"It is ok Cera, we only mean you are often nice, but you are very good at being scary." She said. Cera grumbled a bit, not sure how to respond and letting it slide.
Cera looked back at Littlefoot, "So when are we going to meet these... humans.. as you call them anyway?"
