Elm thought about it "Well it could be possible I do still have some of my own technology and with a little blood I can do a Bio scan pulse that could detect where abouts there is another of simliar DNA which is similar in many ways." Elm said to them "Or a scale or feather. Luckly i carry it with me." he used a device that showed a belt around over one arm going cross his front of the torso showing a bag then he takes out a circlar device

"that kind of little Elm" Littlefoot looked at it with wonder

"Size doesn't matter Littlefoot, it what is does that matter" Elm said holding it "all I do is put the blood, scale or feather in this slot" Elm points to it with a claw "then all I do is push this button then once a 1000 mile scan is complete which takes 10 seconds it will give a holo mapping of the location near to our location" Elm told them explaining how it works. "It was used in searching for small Rainbow Faces that lost there way in forests or mountains from their families on our world, usually it 99% effective" Elm said with a smile

"Sounds promising, you rainbow faces sure are stranger then I remember" Mr Threehorn said guessing it was all good news.

Longtail smiled again as he said "Then here....take this." He swiftly pulled a scale off his body and handed it to Prof. Elm, and said "I hope this really works...I'd like to know I'm not the very last of my kind around here."

"I hope you are not, I do. It is very lonely." Ducky said thinking of Guido, the only one of his kind then she looked at Elm, "Someday could you do that for Guido also? He's not seen another of his kind." She asked.

"Being the only one isn't a very fun thing, that is for sure." Cera said. Spike nodded to what Ducky and Cera said, not thinking it was very fun being the only one around. He was certainly glad he had friends as good as the ones he had, the family that he did and had spent some time with spiketails now and then.

Elm put the scale in the slot and close it pushing a few keys it lights up and fires a blue pulse upwards to the sky then a bright flash a faint ripple spreads out then a holo image appears above the device and Elm puts it down. It shows multiple blimps on the holo image past Threehorn Peak to a valley then zooms in showing a lash green valley full of trees with seven waterfalls and some mountains above with white tipped snow caps blueish in colour because of the image then showed a nest by the rocky walls of dinosaurs and others away from it at the falls looking like they having a drink of water all simliar looking to Longtail.

"From this read out this herd pack of flyers similar to the type of Longtail have a long listing blood relaction to him, if this readings are right which most likely is they live in this Valley we see in the image pulse about 109 miles away. that would take about a weeks walk to get there" Elm said then realised "wait a second we have a base near that location it our futherest complex. Alpha Complex, this is where they do water research on those very waterfalls, the base is in the rock face of that very waterfall, a train would take only a hour to get there through the underground tracks" Elm said looking at the very location of the map.

"Wow that cool, do you have contact with them?" Elm rubbed his head a little with that question from Littlefoot.

"Not really, the base only reports in once a week. there nothing really happening in their field of studies to report in daily. Plus I don't get along with their station commander... Rick and I tend to butt heads when come to theories and talks, we never got along." Elm said to them

Mr Threehorn smirked "It almost like rainbow faces and humans are more like us dinosaurs then I thought, you have tempers, feelings and well can't agree on something with at least someone" he laughed a little finding this a bit amusing.

Elm sighed "I try if truth me told everytime but he just don't want to listen or accept a sorry from even me. I do not even understand why his keep on bad terms on me when I am trying to make mends to it. His a really confusing person" Elm said with some muttering.

Longtail hadn't spoken for several minutes only because he was too excited to form a real sentence. He just stood there mouth agape and wide eyed as he thought of all the possibilities of having a real family. Then his excited face turned to one of confusion...as he thought about Cyrix. His face then brightened again as he finally found his voice and said "Should I go get Uncle Cyrix and tell him the good news?!" Longtail then began to jump up and down like a kid on a sugar high.

The agent had just enough time to swear before screaming loud enough for the entire complex to hear and becoming a baby swimmer.

"What was that,' mitch asked out loud to a gourp of others playing poker with him."It was probbaly nothing,' a sicentist at the table said. "You gonna deal or what,' another asked mitch. "I'll go see who screamed I'll be back it sounded like it came from the hanger,' mitch said as he took the short walk to the hanger.

"Just say you was sent to have a check with the dinosaurs that live there by NEA itself, since I am the higher level here overall on the land at this time it is coming from NEA in sort of a way. Soon as you get the data send it to me right away, if he gives you a hard time just tell him you will be contacting NEA directly saying that your task was interfered with and he most likely will step down not wanting a report from them since he been given a command of a complex" Elm said to them over the radio explaining to them what they need to do.

(Just a note of warning, from this point there may not be anymore reply for over a week, I am going to LA for a week and most likely will not have internet access. So be warned that you might not hear from me till Sunday 24th later in the day in UK time around 9-10pm time or maybe Monday 25th time. Just a warning if I am gone for so long)
