The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Cera's body looks good.  I'm sure her face is something you'll get better at with time and practice.  I like how Littlefoot looks.  The sparkle in the eye is an interesting feature, seems to be your trademark or something you like doing.

I think Cera looks just right. ^_^
But I think her eyes looks a bit strange don't you think?

Nice picture anyways.  ;)

Very nice work Gustav and I really like the idea of a picture of Cera looking REALLY pissed off :lol
As for constructive criticism, I hate to say it because you pointed this very point out as something you like, but there is something about the shadows. It would be difficult for me to tell from where the light is coming in the picture for there are some darker and some brighter spots on most parts of the characters' bodies, but in some spots there is light respectively shadow in spots where (judging from the shading of other parts) there ought to be the respective other thing. Really, please, please don't get me wrong. I do like the picture, I just hope to help improving your work same as I hope others will help me to improve mine.

No worries, Malte. Thanks for the constructive critisism.
I know what you mean, and yes; I'm still not that talented when it comes to shadowing.
Mainly, the reason I use it is to make my drawings look more alive. They look quite stiff with just lineart and color.
I just have to continue practising, but as it looks now, I really don't want any more drawing jobs. School's starting again, last week at work, I have RP's to attend to (to many if you ask me), and things at home. I really don't need more.
A neat thing could be drawing on the laptop, on the way back and home from school.  :P:
Ah well, I do have spare time. I shouldn't complain.  :^.^:
Thanks again.

Same goes for me...

Any ideas for a new drawing yet, Gustav?

As I said: I'm not in the state for more drawing jobs.
But yes, I have a new one lying around.
I'll be drawing my new OC.  :)

That sounds like a good idea.  Good luck on it and remember there is no need to rush.

Thanks alot!
You don't think the one to the right looks like a fish then?  :P:

I'd like to more of these postures, so that I can apply them to full body postures.   :yes

One thing though;

I've noticed that I have issues with the coloring.
As you can see, there are a small gap between the lineart and the coloring, and I wonder how I can get rid of them?

Gustav, if you use the paintbucket. Just click twice or three times to color instead of one time, it will fill it up better.

Very nice job on these faces :)

Neither could I, you did a great job there.

By the way, I usually pay special attention to the background as well.
The background seems interesting, although a little blurry. Maybe you could try using patterns with it instead of a single, wide one.

Nonetheless, awesome job.
