Going to the Sierras!!!

I'm taking a hike in the Sierras for the next week with some friends. I'm so stoked. This is going to be awesome!

This, however, also means I'm going to be absent from this board for the next week. This'll be my second-to-last post 'till then (I need to wrap up something on the LBT Trivia game too)

Many mountain ranges are referred to as Sierras which are the ones you are going to hike?

He's probably referring to the Sierra Nevadas here in America. I've been wanting to go there since I first saw Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey
