Apparently keyboard size doesn't matter for me, because I just did this test on my laptop keyboard, and got 54 wpm. On my mom's laptop keyboard, which is smaller, I got my previous results.

Typing on my desktop I got 70wpm.  I still blame it on the fact that I can't tell what the word really is half the time.  I've done this test several dozen times and I've NEVER once gotten 0 errors.  It's always something stupid too like I would type "begin" instead of "began".  I just can't read that fast.  I can type waaaaaaay faster than I can read and comprehend the words I'm typing when doing this test.

Okay, I did the test again, this time going at a comfortable speed and not even worrying about time and I got 72wpm.  It seems that it doesn't matter if I try my hardest or not.  I still get around the same time.

That's one thing I don't like about this test, LBTlover.  It is nice though, for getting a feel for copying text from a document or something, which is a useful skill in a lot of work/school situations.  This is even more challenging in that sense because the words are almost random.

Wow!  I actually found it!  The typing program I used to teach myself how to type correctly!  It was on my very old 32mb flash drive.

Anyway, I don't think you can download it anywhere anymore, but you can download it from my server (yes it's back up.  Too lazy to redirect the URL right now though):

It's really a fun program, you can add your own images, it makes funny sounds when you mess up, and you can add your own documents to it!  I just go to a random website and copy and paste an article into the program.  Then you can read the article and practice typing at the same time!

I'll admit, I'm a very clumsy typist.   I can type at a decent speed, but my problem tends to be that I hit multiple keys at once (as in attempt 2, I misspelt "man coz I hit the "n" key as well as the "m"). To this end, I normally end up having to re-type the bless-ed thing :
