T-rexes, fast biters, sharptooth flyers, sharpbeaks, belly draggers, bladebacks (spinosauruses) and swimming sharpteeth (Ffrom the water.) all waved to the returning group of heroes.

Pearl was nervous, she'd never seen so many sharpteeth in one place before. She instinctively held onto Longtail for reassurance.

Gem however smiled at the warm reception and waved to some of the sharpteeth around them.

Longtail at first blushed as Pearl clung to him, but then he smiled and waved to the other sharpteeth who were greeting them. He then told Pearl, "Don't be so shy, they won't hurt you. You are with us after all...and we just came back from the dead!"

Dante laughed as he walked past the dinos greeting him.
"How's it going? Good to be here!"

Kai just smiled and held Tyra close as he walked behind the others.

Both Terri and Dein smiled as well as they came in last just happy to be home.

Rita let out a big yawn. "I don't know about you guys but I'm tired after all this adventuring," she said with a tired smile.

As Misty was trying to get over meeting this many sharpteeth at once, she heard Longtail's statement. "Uh, yeah...I heard about that" she said, turning to the flyer, "is...is that as weird as I think it would be? Being dead and then not and all?" she couldn't help looking confused.

Longtail stopped walking for a moment and thought about the question being asked.
"Well...I guess it would be like...being able to fly without flapping my wings, and being able to see through me like water. It was kinda fun...well..except for knowing I was dead." said Longtail hoping that would answer their questions.

Pearl shuddered at the description, as she didn't want to think about it.

The gang eventually reached their caves/nests/sleeping places. "Home sweet home," Tyra said, hugging Kai.

Misty nodded, it did sound a bit freaky, but sort of cool at the same time...not that she wanted to try it anytime soon.

As they reached their nesting places, or the others did, Misty realized she'd need a new one and so began collecting up sticks to build herself one.

She next scouted for the best spot to place her nest, and finding a corner, began arranging her sticks.

"Thanks" Misty said with a smile, once the sticks were collected she began to arrange them. "I was never sure how a perfect nest goes together" she confided in Rita, "but it's just for me so I make one that makes due"

Chomper and his parents arrived at their cave. "Great to see this place again," Chomper smiled.

Once her nest for here was done, Misty stood back to look at it and smiled, "Thanks for the help, it looks great" she said to Rita, "it's not as lopsided as they are sometimes when it's just me making them" she confided.

Redclaw meanwhile was glad to see Screech and Thud again, as well as his fanbase who considers him the greatest hunter in the herd.

Cayso and Racnar returned to their herd too, the kids were received with affection. Cayso was happy as his brother was been hugged by her mother and decided to get closer to his stepfather, who is also that Herd's leader.
"It seems both of you got quite an adventure, and you all brought new friends too." - The big dark grey feathered Fast-biter known as Deino Whitewing replied to Cayso with a gentle smile.

"Yes, we had dad but..." - Cayso stopped for a second before continuing - "... Greyclaw appeared, he was there trying to destroy Longtail's home-island, but as Longtail prevented that, he vanished. What if he appears again and tries to do something evil against all of us?" - Cayso surely had great concern, which was clearly visible on his face and in the way he talked.

Deino Whitewing placed his hand on Cayso's shoulder and knelt in front of his adopted son, so he could see to his eyes, and spoke with a lower voice - "We both knew your father would eventually reappear, why he was trying to destroy your friend's home? I don't know. But I do know you are as strong as him and I know you can help get the truth from all of this, because you are not alone: you have me, you have your mother, your friends and specially Racnar." - He then gave a smile, to alleviate the situation - "But that is not now, right now I think you need some rest and some food." - The fast-biter stood up as he looked for some food the herd hunted a while back, but he stopped as he heard one more comment from Cayso.

"At least we have something in our favor: he hasn't found Racnar yet." - Cayso's face still shows concern, but there was some confidence in his voice. His stepfather looked at him surprised, but then returned the smile.

OOC: Sorry for my absence and for this large post. Deino is a title given to the leader of the herd my ocs belong to.

Longtail was glad to see that his friends were back home with their families, and while he had this mother with him...a thought suddenly occurred to him as he turned to Soul and asked aloud.
"Uhhh...mom...we don't have a nest here...what are we going to do?"

Soul smiled and said, "Don't worry my son. I'm sure we'll find something."

"Well, I've gotten pretty good at this whole being independent and alone thing" Misty began, "so you don't have to stay...but then...the company might be nice, as long as your parents don't mind" she said.
