"Let's go then!." - Cayso replied to veil, more animically, in an attempt to make the others to cheer up a bit after what happened to Pearl.

Racnar began sniffing the air, but found nothing - "Maybe I should learn to relax." - he said, not noticing that Chomper may have listening to him.

"You...feel like we still might have trouble?" Misty asked, also curious about why Racnar would have a bad feeling about this when it seemed their trouble was about to be over...or so she could only hope

Racnar looked at Misty and replied - "I really hope I am wrong... maybe I am just nervous about nothing." - The kid trying to re-assure his newest friend, but he still couldn't be completely sure, still he could feel a pressure on his chest. Ignoring it, he smiled at Misty - "Don't worry, we should be fine when we arrive to the canyon."

After about 10 more minutes, Redclaw lead the herd to the canyon he intended too. It was quite the impressive sight, the big waterhole, and lots of space for sleeping.

"We're here!" Screech and Thud roared to everyone.

Dante turned back and looked at the Smoking Mountain.
"I'm staying. I just came up with a plan, but I think it'll only work if it's just me working it. You guys go ahead, I'll catch up. It's a promise."
He said, quietly and resolved...

"It's amazing. We all could probably just settle down here, and we still wouldn't have any big problems with running out of room. It's...wow. I think that this would be...a great place...to raise...a family, don't you, Tyra?"
He asked, blushing and smiling at his beloved...

Vayne looked at the canyon with awe.
"Incredible. I never knew that something like this existed in the Mysterious Beyond. It's...beyond anything I ever imagined."
He finally said, impressed...

Twiz and Misty, meanwhile, just stayed where they were staring in awe. Then Misty grinned, "Race you guys to...um that tree over there!" she said, finding and pointed out a target to the other kids with her and then tearing off across the grass.

"Hey! No fair!" Twiz called, flying after her, "you have a head start!".

"Mom! I'm winning!" Greg called to his mom, Dil (Who I'll control) as the belly dragger passed Misty.

Longtail smiled as he could smell the others scents getting stronger. He knew they were close. "we're almost there! Can you fly any faster Veil?" asked Longtail with a straight face.

Racnar kept on running, but due to his sickness he was not nearly as fast as he should be, but even though he kept on doing it, laughing as he went... at least trying to make his life as normal as possible - "I may not win this... but I am not going to be the last!." - the kid said as he was now reaching Chomper and the others.

Misty giggled, "Aw now come on guys, we egg snatchers have to make a living of running away while carrying heavy eggs, so without one I'm just gonna be that much more...hey Greg no fair!" she called, seeing the Bellydragger almost win, but she was kidding and smiling.

Longtail sighed as he caught sight of the cave that the others were settled into, and he quickly flew beside Veil, and looked over to Pearl and said aloud, "Don't worry...you're going to be okay...I promise."

Dil was beyond happy as her son had won the race. She walked over to him and nuzzled him as she said, "I'm proud of you!"

Ichy landed a moment later and said with a large boast of pride, "That's my son!"

Soul looked at Dante as if he were crazy and gently grabbed his tail.
"Don't even think about it kid...you may be as tough and as just as crazy as my son, but no more smoking mountain trips until the sky water stops falling...I'll be willing to stay here with you to make sure whatever plan you have goes well, but not now. Understand?"

Meanwhile, even though Greg had won, the other racer's hadn't finished yet. Racnar was ahead of Rita.

As she found herself lagging a bit, Misty put on a burst of speed to try and catch up, but only ended up tripping right as the group was going down an incline to where the finish line was. She was unhurt but rolled a bit and soon reached where Greg was.

"Um...I'm not sure if we should say I won second or not since I wasn't running no more" she giggled, watching to see how everyone else came out in the race.

Twiz, wanting to be helpful, followed Longtail into the cave and just stood at the entrance. "D-do you need anything, like should I got get something to help her or anything?" he asked, not sure if there was anything else they could do to speed up Pearl's getting better.
