Bill was stunned. Literally stunned as he looked out past the window for the Great Fox and indeed saw an entire city beginning to rise from the depths of the ocean. "WOAH! This isn't just amazing... this is near impossible." he commented aloud over the communications network.

Jason felt the floor vibrating city around him and couldn't help but smile. This may be the coolest thing I've ever seen!" he commented to the others.

meanwhile the city hovered a few feet above the water. the four staffs alone wasn't enough to complete the ascension, they needed the Rose staff, the last, and by far the most powerful, of the staffs.

Jason had a sudden look of shame cross his face as he lifted his rucksack off of his back and onto the floor. He opened the bag and began to rumage through it as if looking for something important. After a few more moments of searching he stood up and held in his hand the final staff. He then gave a short, almost child-like laugh as he spoke.
"Yeah... this is my fault. I found it a while back and at first it weighed like a ton... but after carrying it for such a long time I just sorta forgot I had it." He then handed the staff to Krystal with that same smile on his face.

Bill laughed at Katt's reaction. "I think Falco might have a point Katt, you usually have a lot to say." He then turned the image off of the holo screen as something caught his eye. "Well would you look at that!" he said with amazment as he could see the very top of the sunken city sitting just above the surface of the ocean. "I have to admit... this could be exciting." He said aloud.

well Jasoion you shoulkd have told us" Krystal said slifghtly rebuking him. the staff glowed as she held it, then vibrated. " i guess this one must be in put in manually.' she said they reached the area where the other staffs were held there was an empty slot in the center for the rose staff and as the staff was slid it, a great burst of light shout out it and spread out over the area. the city began to move again..

The city began to rise again, this time is broioke fully clear of the water and continued rising.
