Well Peter's got this translator thingy working so they can understand at least the words, but yeah, that doesn't mean what the humans are saying has to make any sense.

For my characters I'm treating it like the gang watching Chomper talking to his parents and them to him during that scene in the 5th movie, where it's all just jibberish sounds to them.

I guess only the smaller ones? Chomper may be to large to kidnap. I doubt he could lift Littlefot, Cera or Spike. Maybe ones like Petrie, Ducky, Diver, and some others.

Maybe, but if he had big enough cages for them, in theory he could capture anyone of the children.

Um, probably not all of them in one or two pockets, but I think the flyers and swimmers would be easiest, so

Diver, Ducky, Cory, Petrie or Kit...

Any flyers and/or swimmers I'm missing?

He could maybe make off with two of them, going off his reasons of wanting specimen examples, maybe one of the swimmers and one of the flyers in pockets?

What do you guys think?

Also maybe one or everyone of the larger kids could be loaded onto a waiting truck or something depending on the options open to Dennis to use

I would assume they can, as walkie-talkies tend to rather loud even when set to low volume.
