New characters I'm adding in.

Tsukasa Kadoya
Species: Human(?)
Equipment: Decadriver which allows him to transform into Kamen Rider Decade and various other riders. The Ride Booker which stores the cards he uses to access the forms and weapons of other riders and can also function as a gun or sword.
History: Tsukasa is an amnesiac with no memory of his past. He is currently on a quest to save his world from being destroyed by traveling to the worlds of other riders. (The other rider worlds are merging with his, thus causing its destruction.) Before setting out on his quest, he was told that it was his destiny to destroy the other riders, though he hasn't set out to do so yet and is relunctant to become a destroyer.

Yuusuke Onodera
Species: Human
Equipment: Arcle Belt which lets him transfrom into Kamen Rider Kuuga, a warrior capable of changing forms to match situations and turn objects into special weapons.
History: Yuusuke's world was the first visited by Tsukasa. He was intially jealous of Tsukasa, afraid that he would replace himself as this world's protecter. When he discovered Tsukasa's identity as Decade, he attacked him, having heard that Decade was coming to destroy all the riders. When he heard Tsukasa had no intention of destroying the other riders, the two cooperated to defeat the Grongi plaguing that world. Yuusuke would then end up wondering into Kiva's world before finally joining Tsukasa on his journey through the rider worlds.

Both are good guys, though Tsukasa seems to have a rather dark past and maybe a dark future in store for him.

Or what may seem like a dark future. Maybe the things that let the riders become their super selves will be taken from them and used by some evil folks or they will be mind controlled, so though he'll destroy the other riders it'll actually be good and not evil. Some prophecies do work that way in fiction.

Maybe, but it seemed that Yuusuke was the one who was using Kuuga's powers though he did use Kuuga's evil Ultimate form that could have just been from desperation, since Decade had already defeated all the other riders. Tsukasa might have also decided to accept his role as a destroyer, simply to save his own world.

And by the way, neither Tsukasa, nor Yuusuke know about the prophecy where Tsukasa destroys the riders.

They are a pushover for him. Very easy, as those 15 humans were easily knocked out by marcus in season 1, though it was off camera.
