"Good, now we have 2 sources of light. I guess the don't have a backup generator like some people and all hospitals have." Velma said, and started looking round the kitchen to see where things were and if there was enough to make a normal sandwich, let along a Shaggy Snack type that she remembered Shaggy likes to make.

This place looks like it was probably built long before they had generators of any kind' Veemon said, holding up the candle to see above him. pans hung above them on hooks. blue flames nearby indicated they were near the stove. Since the stove was powered by gas, it had not turned off when the power went out. the flames were too small to really give off much light, but the heat from the stove was palpable..

Velma nodded, "It does look like it." She said. She then started looking in the fridge and quickly took out some stuff and closed it quick to keep in the heat and started to make a Shaggy Snack type of sandwich, piling various things on and putting in a slice of bread here and there to keep things stable.

"Once you're done making this sandwich, we should probably get going. Make two, one for each of us.." Veemon said.. his candle flickering in the wind.. there was a crash as a window nearby fell in.. the sound of torrential rain could noew be heard..

Velma hurried making a good sized sandwich, a large one for Veemon and then a smaller one for herself, then she made a smaller one for herself. She put the stuff back into the fridge quickly to avoid as much cold loss as possible.

"There, done." She said when she closed the door. "What do you think?" She asked Veemon.

Dr. Kerzach gulped. "Haresh, I was cleaning but I heard noises and I though it wise to check it out."

"Ah, no need to worry. Just clean. This hotel is safe." Haresh said, letting go of Dr. Kerzach's shoulder.

"Okay." Dr. Kerzach said.

He heard other voices, this time one was female. He headed towards the voices.

He had arrived near the fridges in the back and found Velma and Veemon.

"What are you doing here?!" Dr. Kerzach demanded. His switchblade was illuminated by a flash of lightning.

Deimos and Zachary both responded to Tai's question.

"I'm not that tired actually. Being a Clydesdale has some advantages." Zachary said.

Deimos yawned. "I am a little tired but I'm not sure if we can just leave this here."

Being cursed in part of that unfinished business. to lift the curse, will allow them to rest.." Stripetail said, gesturing and closing the opening in the wall behind them. "I am on Floor 3, if anyone wishes to talk to me. Armor down , everyone, the ghosts will not bother us further tonight.." He said lifting his staff up so the others could see. The steps lead down from the milddle of the hallway, it wasclear that not many people had been up here in recent times, as dust was heaped upomnn the floor.

Veemon gaspsed, and ran, avoiding Velma's attempts to grab him. "Lets get out of here Velma.." He raced out of the room and up the stairs, with Velma trying to keep up. only his candle lighting his figure..

Scooby and Dixie deactivated his armor. Scooby looked very tired his tongue hung out of his mouth as he walked. "Ran't rou rust releport rus ro rour rooms?' He askedd weakly.

I think it would be safer if we are stay in groups tonight, at least 4 to a room" Nani said. As Stitch and Angel deactivated their armor.
