Ms. Swimmer ate the rest of the flowers. "Yeah," she said.

"Yeah," Deimos said.

Haresh had finished brewing the tea. A waiter took the pot of tea and headed out of the kitchen.

Another waiter filed in and placed a slip of paper on the table.

Haresh ladled out a bowl of vegan chili and placed it on another table. He then got to work preparing the red drum.

"Chili's ready!" he called.

Almost immediately a waiter picked up the chili and carried out of the kitchen.

The waiter gave the chili to Paul. Another waiter poured Franz and Werner some hot tea.

Tiger and Genki munched on their food. "So where did Tigeress head off to?' Tiger grumbled giving Genki a look. " Hey don't look at me.. I have no clue.. this food is pretty good though.. I bet Mochi would like it.." Genki said pausing as he suipped some more ravioli soup.."She's probably fine.."
_ She has had a habit lately of disappearing" Tiger said with a irritated note in his voice he scanned the dinning room, noticing Agumina sitting next to Agumon and Tai.

"Admittedly, lunch was cut short for us," Ms. Swimmer said. She sat in the back with Mr. Bigmouth, Deimos, Zachary and Hans.

"Yeah. Nothing ruins a nice meal like assassins," Dr. Zanasiu replied. He sat in the middle with Rime, Dr. Kerzach, Dirk and Clive.

Taranis showed up at the dinner table.

Alright, everyone. They asked us to cut out the 4th wall breakings, so I don't know if we can appear again.

From this point on, we are going to be out of work

This economy stinks

"Good riddance." Taranis muttered under his breath.

"Hi everyone! How's it going? Sorry if I've been away..."

Setsuna decided to join for dinner as well. She sat down in an open spot and ordered some hot tea.

"So Setsuna, interested in joining the treasure hunt?" Werner asked. He had already finished his pasta.

"Yes I am. I have heard rumors of an observatory in this hotel. Is that true?" she said.

Werner nodded. "It is true. Hans restored the entire observatory to working condition."

"Hey, I did pretty good for someone outnumber 6 to 1!" Ms. Swimmer said. She winced as some of the cuts on her body still hurt.

"Yeah, it marks the first time I've seen someone get killed with an end table," Rime replied.

"Thanks. I've had quite a bit of experience in close quarters combat but nothing has prepared me for 6 attackers at once," Ms. Swimmer replied.

"Uh, where did you get your close quarters combat experience?" Dirk asked.

"From The War of the Beyond. Strut, Deimos, Rime, Mr. Bigmouth and myself are all veterans from the war."

Dirk looked at Mr. Bigmouth,

"That is true," Mr. Bigmouth said, "and we will be getting help from them in the battles yet to come. Speaking of which, I should go and see what they are doing when we get back."

Agumina finished her meal and patted her belly.."I'm completely stuffed: She said, suppressing a belch. 'I'm ready to help in the search now.' She said "Once everyone is finished eating" Agumon said to her, and the lights above them started to flicker with a ghostly air..

Werner and Franz unleashed a stream of profanities as the ghosts appeared.

"What do you want?" Setsuna demanded.

"Kurt, let's say we leave?" Jose said. Fear was audible in his voice.

"Yeah. Good idea!" Kurt replied.

Both Kurt and Jose bolted from the room.

the ghosts gazed at him with their ghostly eyes. "yes.. we sense its presence.. it lurks.. beneath the hotel.. some tried to find it.. and end up among the dead
_ Beware its foul breath!" a young woman spirit moaned.. "Beware! the ghosts began to fade, as if their strength was leaving them. Scooby had jumped under the table in fright..

"I could teleport over to the Great Valley and mix a few preparations up or we can see if one of the mages at the hotel has a spell that can speed healing," Mr. Bigmouth said.
