He then got to work reloading his rifle. "Nani, there's some extra shotgun shells in one of the containers, you should reload before we arrive."

Dr. Zanasiu and Strut were also reloading their weapons.

The Pelvanida Group disembarked from the truck.

"Let's form a protective perimeter and let Stitch and Angel do their work," Zachary ordered.

Strut looked around te town hall; most of the defensive structures were reduced to rubble thanks to Captain Fairchild's vicious bombardment. "Not that therre's much to protect them from," he deadpanned.

Stitch and angel ran inside, both of them had brought out thier second pair of arms.. and soon the sounds of loud bangs could heard from inside..

Von woke up from his long nap. He was feeling much better now, like he was ready for the afternoon training class. He went back to the General training room again, but there was no one else there yet. He seemed to be a little early. He figured if anyone else came, he'd have some time to talk to them before beginning.

"I haven't been here long, so I don't really know" Von said. He walked into a smaller room connected to the general training room. He walked back out, holding a basketball. "Here's one!" He hands Skull the ball and asked "Can I play too? I used to really like sports in highschool."

"Well, I'm from a small hic town in Texas called North Columbia. Only a few thousand people. I lived there most of my life, and I have friends from there that I'm really missing right now. I really like to play videogames and tinker with computers. I actually made a videogame for a school project. I had a job at a delivery company before coming here. They're a really weird group of people. A robot that drinks, a one-eyed mutant with an attitude, and some smelly lobster thing that calls himself Zoidberg."

"Dunno, never seen a magical one before," Zachary replied.

"You know what? Let's have Captain Fairchild come back here and blow this place to hell," Deimos said.

He then radioed Captain Fairchild.

Captain Fairchild was in the airfield surrounded by many curious onlookers. Many of them were children who were volunteering in the various divisions were enamored with him. He even let them pet him.

His radio went off, causing the volunteers to scatter for they knew that signaled that he had to leave.

"Yeah?"

He then frowned as Deimos's request came through. "Go bother Major Lockie or something!" he snapped. His flanks ached from the cannon shots and the repairs that were undertaken. He then used a small manipulor claw hidden under a panel near his pitot tube to toss some metal scraps into his mouth. This metal was needed to help repair the damaged parts of his body.

"He told me to f--- off," Deimos replied.

stitch and angel suddenly came upon a large glowing tablet, this had 8 points and was floating off the groung ' Wesa Found it! Stitch said m, calling out to them. ' Angel picked up a rock and threw it, but the shield blasted it into pieces Stitch put his paw near it and screeched in pain as the tablet burned his claws

"I'm going in after them," Yaltsin said. "We'll film the destruction."

"Go on ahead," Deimos said, maintaining his position.

Yaltsin rounded up some of his camera crew and entered the ruined city hall.

Inside the city hall, smoke, dust and soot permeated the air. Thankfully, the cameras mounted into their helmets had infrared capabilities so they could film in the near pitch black environment.

They found a door that led down into the basement but it was jammed.

Thankfully, the armor augmented their strength so Yaltsin simply tore the door off the hinges - which he could have done without his armor thanks to his superhuman strength.

Two bullets pinged off his armor but he quickly drew his pistol and shot the assailant square in the head. He then shot the soldier three more times for good measure. The rest of the camera crew drew their pistols as well.

"Keep an eye out," Yaltsin ordered as he headed down the dusty stairwell.

Scooby and Dixie hurried in after them, with striupetail Agumon, and Tigeress right behind them. " spread out" stripetail ordered as he lit his staff, creating enough light for those near him to see. "Its really dark in here' Agumnon said as they walked on down the hallway
Meanwhile both Angel and stitch had tried hitting the array, and had gotten burned as a result.. both had tears streaming down thier faces from the pain..

Yaltsin and his crew smashed down the door leading to the generator room.

Yaltsin and his crew drew pistols from their integrated leg holsters and shot at the generator - to no effect.

"Damn it! We'll need some heavy firepower to take it out!" a cameraman shouted.

Yaltsin holstered his pistol and picked up a piece of rebar. He spotted a glowing panel and shoved the piece of rebar through it. A powerful electric shock ran through him, charring and melting a bit of his armor but he was otherwise unhurt.

The powerful shield around the array vanished with a crackling hiss.

The shield disppeared just in time for the sleins, who had burned all of thier claws in various fruitless atempts to destroy the array. As the shield disappeared sttitch picked up a piece of debnris wincing as the rough shard rubbed against his burned claw ' he raised it iver his head and smashed it down on the amulet. it cracked sending out a glow of energy and split in half.. angel picked up the poieces and the took them with her
