Strut, Ms. Swimmer and Mr. Bigmouth grinned at Sara. They then set upon the fallen minions, assisting Brooklyn and Sam by beating or stabbing the minions.

Strut jammed his shovel through the head of one of the fallen minions, while Ms. Swimmer thrust her stick into another fallen minion's chest. Mr. Bigmouth was spearing the minions like they were fish.

Dr. Zanasiu's pistol clicked empty and he found out that he had no more magazines. He went to the utility closet and grabbed a hatchet.

Spyro nodded greatfully and began devouring the food with haste.

"Do you have any idea who might have shot you?" Cynder asked. "Could it have been one of the ghosts? That one we saw was weilding a sword.

Tsukasa and Yuusuke entered the lobby, glancing around. The sound of the fighting in the kitchen reached them.

"See? I could you we're still needed," Yuusuke said. He placed his hands over his waist materializing the Arcle belt.

Tsukasa placed the Decadriver against his waist, the belt strap wrapping around and connecting to the other side of the buckle. "Maybe somebody just saw a rat?"

"Henshin!" Tsukasa placed a Kamen Ride into the Decadriver and closed it, while Yuusuke placed his elbow on top of a circle on the side of his belt and pressed down on it. Tsukasa's pink, black, and white armor appeared, while red and black armor with gold trimmings covered Yuusuke.

Stripetail blasted away at the minions, his powerful magic making quick work of them. He noticed the two armored figures coming , blasters drawn. "Calvary coming.." He called out to the others...

"Man, you guys sure know how to make a mess," Tsukasa said, as he shifted the Ride Booker into gun mode. Yuusuke had no weapons and there were none on his belt. Tsukasa took several shots at some of the minions.

Yuusuke charged forward and punched and kicked at a minion, managing to wrestle his knife away from him. Yuusuke's form glowed and his armor changed becoming white with purple linings. The lenses on his helmet changed to purple. The knife in his hand grew into an ornate purple sword.

"Where did these guys come from?" Yuusuke asked, swinging at minion, who blocked the slash with his frying pan.

"From a cook named Haresh, who apparently is not a very good person" stripetail replied. "Dr. Kerzach here discovered a red crystal , which may or not be thier power source.."

Dixie helped herself to some hash browns. "So Cynder, When Spyro is feeling up to it, I'm going to take you two into town to see "The Phantom of the Opera". it will nice to get out of this creepy hotel.."

"It was not a ghost." Rime replied. "Stripetail has said that ghosts do not use firearms. I'm betting it could have been a guest or that bounty hunter."

Ms. Swimmer blocked a frying pan attack with 1 stick and brought the other one on the figure, causing it to vanish.

Dr. Zanasiu hacked his way through to Mr. Bigmouth, Strut and Ms. Swimmer.

The group started attacking the minions. The minion's knives and pots were no match for Ms. Swimmer's dual sticks, Dr. Zanasiu's hatchet, Strut's shovel and Mr. Bigmouth's spear.

"We've got reinforcements!" Strut shouted, blocking a slash with his shovel and smashing a minion into the ground.

"Good!" Mr. Bigmouth shouted. He staggered a minion with a butcher knife by smashing with with the butt of his spear then finished it off by running his spear through it.

Dr. Kerzach stabbed, slashed and kicked more minions into oblivion. His switchblade and claws made quick work of his attackers.

"Hmm," Spyro said thoughtfully through his mouthful of hashbrowns.

"Are you sure anything involving a phantom is a good idea after being in this place?" Cynder asked.

Tsukasa placed an card into the Decadriver and pushed it closed.

"Attack Ride... Illusion!" Decade's form shimmered and then he split into three identical copies, one wielding the Ride Booker in the gun mode, the second had it into sword mode, and the third had just his bare fists.

Yuusuke managed to stab his opponent through the stomach, twisting the sword to use his Calamity Titan attack, causing the minion to vanish. A group of minions rushed him and Yuusuke had trouble keeping up with the multiply opponents in the heavy armor of Titan Form. A flash of blue light and he was encased in the lighter blue armor of Dragon Form. He dropped the knife which had returned to its original form when he had left Titan form.

"Does anyone have a pole, or staff?" Yuusuke asked, as he dodged slashes from the minions.

Well, he's not really a ghost.. " Dixie started to explain.."Well, you'll just have to watch and see.. I don't want to spoil anything for you.. come on,.." She took Cynder by the paw. "We're heading downstairs to join the rest of the group. Spyro, you can lean on us if you need help moving.."

"I have a spear." Mr. Bigmouth said. He ran another minion through and slashed another one with his spear.

Strut quickly beat the minion that Mr. Bigmouth slashed into oblivion.

Dr. Zanasiu chopped at a minion with his hatchet, but he was stabbed by another one from behind.

"Nice try." Dr. Zanasiu shouted. He then turned around and hacked at the minion's weapon hand. The damage Dr. Zanasiu's hatchet caused forced the minion to drop its weapon, a large cast iron skillet.

"Thankfully we're wearing armor." Strut said, blocking a minion's frying pan with his shovel.

"We're not!" Ms. Swimmer shouted. She trapped a minion's head between her sticks and snapped its neck, causing it to vanish.

"We're too big for them to hurt." Mr. Bigmouth replied. He tripped a minion and then stabbed it with his spear.

Zachary was standing guard. "Cynder, Spyro, Dixie, I'll follow you."

"I'm not really in a condition to fight. My chest hurts." Rime said. "I'll stay here."

Allwe're doing is going down and getting something to eat and joining the rest of the group" dixie repled to Rime. besides you need to eat something yourself. ' come on, I'll help you down stairs.."She said.

"Thanks." Rime said. He then got up, placed the machete back in its scabbard, placed it across his back and stood by Zachary, Dixie, Spyro and Cynder.

"Ready to go?" Zachary asked.

"I'm ready." Rime said. He coughed when he finished speaking.

"Don't bother everyone else if you can't find a weapon," Tsukasa said to Yuusuke as he and his clones each attacked a different minion. The gun wielding copy merely blasted them from a distance.

"Just thought I'd ask," Yuusuke said, before he was kicked in the stomach by a minion and sent stumbling back. "Chou henshin!"

He returned to his default red form and thrust his foot towards the minion that had kicked him. Flames spurted from the bottom of his boot as it connected, sending the minion flying back into his fellows.

"How many of you guys are there?" Tsukasa asked eyeing the minions as the effect of Illusion faded and the three copies merged back into the original.

"Let's go," Spyro said, rolling himself out of the bed, Cynder was immediately at his side and supporting him.

Dixie Came up annd supportedhim on his other side.. " alright, now take it easy.." She said leading them to the door and opening it, She guided Spyro slowly to the stairs. "How are you feeling Cynder?' She asked as they continued onward..

They'll just keep coming until we grab their master " Stripetail Said, as Tarrax came up to them. "Ah! Come to help, Old Friend? Good, the more help the better? How do you like Sara?' Stripetail asked, making light conversation as he blasted more minions back..

Dr. Kerzach had arrived at the back room. He found Haresh with his back turned to him.

Dr. Kerzach crept behind Haresh when he spoke. "So Dr. Kerzach, you found my secret?" Haresh then faced Dr. Kerzach.

"Enough talk! Let's fight!" Dr. Kerzach shouted, brandishing his switchblade.

Haresh laughed and sent a bolt of fire shooting at Dr. Kerzach, who leapt to the side, dodging it.

"Nice try." Dr. Kerzach mocked, getting back onto his feet.

He then closed in on Haresh. Haresh summoned a glowing blue energy sword.

Dr. Kerzach squared off against Haresh.

"I'm fine," Cynder replied. "What about you Spyro?"

"I'm okay," Spyro said, though he flinched every so often as they moved.

"So we're going to have to blast our way through with brute force?" Tsukasa asked, swinging his sword across the chest of a minion and killing it. "Fine then."

He converted the Ride Booker into book mode and opened it removing two cards. He stepped away from the minions and inserted the first card.

"Kamen Ride... Kiva!"

Decade's armor turned gray and metallic, shifting shape before shattering and revealing an exact duplicate of the armor Wataru had used to fight the shurlups. A red chest, silvery metal incased his right leg, and yellow lenses light up. Tsukasa ducked a swing from a pot and inserted the second card.

"Form Ride Kiva... Dogga!"

A large purple hammer floated out of the Decadriver and landed into Tsukasa's hands, chains running up his arms and shattering, revealing bulky purple armor. The same armor appeared on his chest and his mask lenses turned purple. He swung the hammer, sending a minion flying into the wall, a crater was made in the wall from impact and the minion vanished.

"B3." Odysseus called out and Sara looked around and saw where the cooking oil and grease was and launched it at some minions, setting it ablaze a few seconds later after it had gotten on some minions. Odysseus grunted as he took a knife through the heart. His veins and arteries closed so there was at most a drop or 2 of blood and his veins started to expand and contract as they pumped the blood. He beheaded the minion and pulling out the knife from his chest kept in in his left hand, switching stances to be more like an old style of french fencing where one was taught how to fight with a sword in 1 hand and a knife in the other.

In the lobby a Greek column appeared and out came Moran along with the Tourist and Guilmon. Guilmon perked his ears and sniffed. "fight? I smell food." he said looking in the dining room.

"A rather unusual looking establishment." Moran said as he looked around the lobby. The Tourist made sure the door was locked and a few seconds later the tardis dematerialized to appear in the parking lot, taking the appearance of an expensive sportscar.

Moran went forward and signed in. "Most unique establishment you have here." He said to make polite conversation.

Guilmon pointed to himself, "I sign in too?" he asked, not sure if he should, looking briefly at Briggs then at The Tourist.

"B2 then z2." Odyssues said, thinking of what may be needed. Sara did a spell with a ball appearing with glowing light between her hands. She then threw it at the floor between them. The light burst into flames that wrapped themselves around the 2 of them and formed flaming armor for both of them. Brooklyn and Sam continued to battle minions. Sam a bit angry that the minions vanished once she had a good claw or taken a good bite before she could swallow.
