How much did you guys spend?' Dixie asked incredulously, looking in, at the rounds of ammo thety had bought. "Guys this has to be thousabds upon thousands of dollars worth of ammo. Are you planning an invasion of Mexico or something?' She said, only half-joking..

"$75,000." Deimos (Acheron) replied, without skipping a beat. "Don't worry, the mithril we picked up will cover it all. We'll show you everything once we get back to the hotel."

Rime (Don) grinned. "Well, that Mikoto character was able to shrug off normal weaponry so we upped our firepower. And we don't have magic so military ordinance is what we use, By the way, Acheron and I are the designated marks...er dinos for the group."

"So what's our next task?" Dr. Kerzach (Mark Hathaway) asked.

Well, you can helpo us loook for information on the hotel.. and I haven;t forgotten about you guys, you can help look under history, see when the town was built if they was anything on the hotel site before the current hotel" dixie replied turning to B.G, bulk and Skull

Well, a millon dollars in 1900 would be worth many times that today, if we look at interest and compound interest , we 're looking at several hundred milion" dixie replied., and several mouths fell open. Tai, Agumon and Agumina were stunned, as were Bg, Bulk and Skull. "$100 milllion? thats an incredible amount of money" Tai sputttered. "thats a lot of digi-dollars"n agumon nodded.

"Acheron, the weaponry." Strut (Altus) said.

"Right. Mark, Ian you carry the weaponry back to the hotel."

Zachary (Ian Holmes) and Dr. Kerzach (Mark Hathaway) nodded.

"Dixie, the keys." Zachary (Ian Holmes) asked.

The rest of the Pelvanida group entered the library.

Dixie handed the keys back to Holmes, "Just bring in what you need, I doubt Briggins will let you carry in rocket launchers or anything like that.."

Zachary (Ian Holmes) took the keys and started the SUV.

Zachary (Ian Holmes) and Dr. Kerzach (Mark Hathaway) drove off, the SUV weighted down by all the weaponry.

The rest of the Pelvanida group headed to the library.

"All right, group, fan out!" Deimos (Acheron) said.

The rest of the Pelvanida group fanned out. Strut (Altus) and Dr. Zanasiu (Timothy Johnson) were looking through the old newspapers.

Deimos (Acheron) and Rime (Don) was looking through the history section.

"Dixie! I found something!" Strut (Altus) called. He was holding up a newspaper dated April 14, 1964. "There was apparently some soldiers stationed at the hotel. And some of the soldiers were killed in what seems to have been a robbery attempt."

Ms. Swimmer and Mr. Bigmouth were also in the library, looking through the history section

"Briggin's eyes are going to fall out of his head." Zachary (Ian Holmes) said.

After a few hours the SUV was parked outside the hotel and Dr. Kerzach (Mark Hathaway) was assigned to protect the munitions.

Zachary (Ian Holmes) opened the roof rack and carried in the .50 caliber rifle, still in its case and the grenade launcher, still in its case.

the more eyes looking the better. "lets look in the "folklore section.. lets find out what type of person would put a curse on the hotel.." Tarrax replied
_ Dixie looked at the paper. "Well this is interesting.. but this hotel is over 100 years old, so we're looking for info from around 1900, when it was built, who the owner was.. etc... with that said, Does it say how the soldiers were killed?"

Sara nods and looked a Velma.

"I'll check the reference part of the folklore and you look in the area where books can be checked out." Sara said. Velma nodded and went off to look in the folklore section located in the books that could be checked out.

Sara went over and tapped some books that looked interesting and then then gestured and the books floated off the shelves. She sat at a table and gestured again and the books piled themselves neatly with one floating to gently land in front of where she was sitting.

Sxcooby flipped through the old newspapers. "Rey! Round romwething! The paper was dated sEptember, 13, 1890 'Hotel to be built- to be named 'Glorious" He gently pulled the ancient paper out of its binding., and brought it over to Dixie who was looking at the story about the attempted robbery in 1964.

Strut (Altus) looked over the paper. "The soldiers were apparently stabbed to death with some kind of antique sword. Speaking of antique swords, the picture of the sword that was recovered looks exactly like the sword that Don took from that ghost that attacked Acheron and Ian in one of the passageways."

Dr. Zanasiu (Timothy Johnson) removed a newspaper dated January 17, 1901. "Hey guys, this newspaper talks about a fight that broke out in the hotel." He handed the paper to Dixie.

Apparently the curse was to have bad things happen at the the place, and yet it wasn't enough to drive it out of business, if anything its become a draw" Dixie said, looking at the papers. "Apparently, the hotel's name was changed to "inglorious" because of all the bad things that had happened there..

Velma came back with some books on haunted hotels, inns and other such things, and some other books on folklore and haunted places. She sat down at a table and started to go through the books one at a time, first seeing if there was anything in the index about the specific hotel or the area around it in the book.

Sara was doing the similar to the books she was going through from the folklore section of the reference shelves.

"And some stuff here." Sara said looking up from a book she was reading.

There was man named Orsillus, who was supposedly a warlock. Not a nice guy, by the accounts here' Tarrax said ointing to a book Sara had open. "He might be someone we could research more about.."

Rime (Don) shook his head. "I handed that sword over to Stripetail." He was looking at a book titled Local Myths and Legends

Deimos (Acheron) was looking through a book titled Tales of the Supernatural. "Hey guys! You mentioned some mage named Orsillus? Well, there's a mention of him here. It seems that in 1900 the innkeeper did something to offend him and was cursed in retaliation. That's when all this weird stuff started happening. "

Ms. Swimmer and Mr. Bigmouth were looking through an enormous stack of old magazines.

Zachary (Ian Holmes) had finished moving out all the munitions except for the grenades.

"Mark! We're going to find Stripetail!" Zachary (Ian Holmes) shouted. He then grabbed his rifle, helmet and several extra magazines. He loaded his rifle, put on his helmet and pocketed the extra magazines.

He then found Nick in the front counter. "Nick, Mark and I bought your rifle and armor. It's in one of the closets."

Dr. Kerzach (Mark Hathaway) found Stripetail in one of the hallways. "Stripetail, is there anything that you wish for us to do?"
