Insane Cafe 3: The Curse of the Haunted Hotel

Teddy Roosevelt stood smiling with his hands on his hips.  "Though we must be ever vigilant it does appear for the moment our work here is done." He said.

"Indeed it does.  Till their next attack." Jason said.

[Serris]

Deimos nodded. Between him, Rime and the snipers, they had expended over 200 rounds. Spent brass littered the floor. His armor had several dents in it but it was still intact.

He then radioed Dr. Kerzach. "Kerzach! Get the medical team to the back of the hotel!" he ordered.

Deimos then rounded up some refugees to help him assess the damage.

Paul and Anton came out of their separate firing rooms.  Both of them were weary looking and covered in dust. Their rockets were also expended.

Strut also came out of his firing room and met up with the two. His armor had some dents in it but it was was other wise intact. His helmet and visor were dirty and slightly damaged as well.

Scooby and dixie went over to survey the damage. bullet holes were all over this floor annd the smell of smoke filtered through the air "Looks like we managed to hold them off.. though it wasn't easy' Dixie said.. "Cleanup is going to take awhile..

Gadzuki and Pete came up to Roosecvelt and Jason. Petes board had shattered in pieces upon hitting one of the stragglers on the head, and they had been forced to run away. " Lets head back to the hotel" gadzuki said to them..

Deimos carried out the bodies  from one of the rooms. Some other refugees were carrying the bodies to the Great Valley for cremation.

Another refugee was dragging out the burned corpse of a Wolf from a room.

A refugee opened a door to another room and entered. He noticed that wall had been blasted out but no bodies were present. Suddenly, the floor he was standing on collapsed and dropped him screaming 45 feet to his death.

Another refugee opened a door and saw the remains of several children, some of which were spattered on the walls, floor and ceiling. The entire back wall was gone as well. He shut the door, fighting a wave of nausea and spent a few minutes vomiting into a nearby vase. nearby

Briggins could hear the commotion from the room collapsing as the crash reverburated throughout the hotel.. " Identify the place where that crash occurred ' he said to a bnearby staff member..' sounded like the 6th floor.." the staff member replied..
 Another refugee a large rooster came up to the refugee who had become sick upon seeing the remains of the bodies.. "hang in there' he said " We'll get those bodies out and have the room cleaned up..

Destiny looked up at Kari with a bit of a smirk as she tugged lightly at Kari's pants before she soon, helped her out of them along with her underear before moving back up to kiss her some more upon the lips again.

Pikachu walked over to a body of one of the attackers and kicked it as Vaporeon groaned slightly "You shouldn't do that" she told her.

"And why not? They deserve it" Pikachu replied back as she kicked the body some more, partly out of bordem.

[Kor]

"Indeed.  We need to regather together and tend to any wounded and decide our next move." Teddy said.  

"Indeed. " Jason said, "Do we have any way of early warning when the attacking force are coming? " Jason asked looking at those present.  

"& to set up a watch in case they try to attack the hotel by some means again." Odysseus said.

Kari pushed her away but before she could say anything a crack appeared in the ceiling of their room.. "oh my gawd..' kari panicked "Is the hotel collapsing.. ?"
 Jusa  took out her broomstick and started flying around the building ' i think i should go check on Myra.." she thought..

[Serris]

The refugee who had gotten sick carried the vase to the bathroom, dumped its contents down the toilet and washed the vase out.

He heard someone else vomiting in the next stall.

"Must have seen the same room as I did," he said.

"War ain't pretty," a Cobalt soldier said, washing his hands.

Some SPFAS members appeared out of another room. They were carrying out several injured defenders.

Deimos went up to Stripetail in the lobby. "So far, several rooms are destroyed. And we have counted at least 45 dead. Well 49, because some of the rooms collapsed with the rescuers inside them," he said. he picked a bullet out of his armor and threw it on the ground.

Follow us then' Gadzuki said "i've tried to contact Godzilla but hes not responding..' he said quietly to pete.. more loudly he said "we can have those dragons i saw at the hotel do patrol..

Hunter and Colleen were impressed into helping to search the rooms of the hotel for injured and bodies..

great..' Stripetail fumed.. "Every person we lose is one less person we can count on to help us in this war

"Sorry....I guess I got carried away" Destiny told Kari before looking up at what Kari was looking at, sitting up before examing it some "Oh, now that can't be good..."

Pandora saw Jusa rush off and took off after her "Hey! Do not just leave me here!" she snapped at her.

Meanwhile, Myra and Roze were still going at it, Myra getting weaker by the moment from the attacks that were sent onto her as she was slammed down onto the ground.

Myra stood back up weakly as she looked to Roze, clenching her fists some as well.

"My, you are rather persistant....which is starting to get rather annoying too" Roze sneered at Myra.

[Serris]

Deimos nodded. "The bodies will be cremated in the Great Valley. However, we will have to strip the bodies of their armor and weapons before we do so," he said.

Dr. Kerzach and a SPFAS member passed by the two. They were carrying a Pigeon logistics member who had been shot at least twice.

Several of the wounded were being treated in the foyer.

The logistics members were busy assisting reloading weapons.

"maybe he's busy eating or napping or something." Pete said quietly to Godzooky.

"Lead on chaps." Teddy said.

"Dragons, and maybe certain others.  we'll have to plan out shifts and take into account the special equipment and abilities some others have." Odysseus said.

Blits, Exile were helping to look for survivors while taking turns with Muzzle while Shag would at times carry Muzzle or help move things around.  Shag also at times helped to hold Muzzle near the floor so he could get closer to any scents and sniff, or hold him over some debris since that would give them longer reach if none of them could easily reach the spot in question.

Pikachu stood on one of the bodies of the dead soldiers, on the chest of them as she looked to Vaporeon.

"Don't look at me, I'm now at a loss on what is happening now" Vaporeon told her back as she sat down where she was.

Pikachu looked at the dead soldier "No point in asking him...." she begun before hearing a noise coming from the soldier.  He wasn't quiet dead as he slowly lifted his arm up, which in turn, caused Pikachu to jump back some.

"Okay....now there's something you don't see everyday" Vaporeon spoke as she walked closer to the soldier.

Pikachu walked over to his face and just kicked him in the face, causing the soldier to groan a little bit more "You're suppose to be dead!"

[Serris]

The critically wounded soldier, who had been shot by Rime in the stomach, groped for his pistol and aimed it at Vaporeon. He then pulled the trigger.

[MrDrake]

The shot rang out as Vaporeon was indeed shot, getting badly wounded in the process.

"Vaporeon!" Pikachu called out as she then glared at the wounded soldier, her cheeks sparking as her fists clenched up "How about this for measure....a good old Thunder attack" she growled some as she grabbed onto his uniform before using it, electrocuting the wounded soldier to finish him off before getting off and running over to Vaporeon.

Vaporeon had fallen down onto her stomach, clutching the wound where she was shot as she saw Pikachu approach.

Pikachu went down to her hands and knees as she approached her wounded friend "No, you'll be okay....please be okay...." was what she had said as she looked around, noticing that there was no one really around before looking back to Vaporeon again, giving her a small little nose as well.

[Serris]

Rime who saw the situation through the scope of his rifle immediately radioed Dr. Kerzach.  "Kerzach! We have a casualty out back!" he said into the radio.

Dr. Kerzach, who had finished bandaging a wound. He got the message and got Hans and two other SPFAS members and they headed out.

Mr. Bigmouth was busy extracting a piece of metal from a soldier's arm.

Hans was bandaging a logistics member who had a piece of metal shrapnel extracted by a doctor from Surf Point Medical center (their staff had been pressed into service.).

After several minutes, they arrived at the site where Plkachu and Vaporeon were.

Dr. Kerzach donned gloves and tried to stop the bleeding from the gunshot wound.

"We'll need to carry here back for treatment," Hans said.

[Kor]

"Any wounded known of? " Jason asked.

"Any good rooms in the hotel for treatment?" Odysseus asked.  

"Sara and her uncle should be able to help with any damage to the hotel." Jason said.

[MrDrake]

"But, she'll be okay wont she?" Pikachu asked back, sounding rather worried indeed as she stood beside Vaporeon, looking up at Dr. Kerzach "Cause...I don't want her to die....that and um, don't tell Eevee about this, otherwise she'll get rather worried as well and I don't want to get her worried about it either"
