Where are we going to sleep tonight? Spyro asked the others " its too far to go back to the hotel, and I don't think this town will have much in terms of accomodations, not after we've torn it apart..

Mr. Bigmouth was reading a map and some intelligence photos he pilfered from a dead enemy soldier. "Hmm, we could stay at a small hotel nearby but judging from the photos it looks like its been bombed out."

"As for food, why not open a portal in said hotel and warp food back and forth?" Strut suggested, sliding some shells into his shotgun.

Yes thre is the cobia BayHotel and spa.. The building is stilll standing and relatively undamaed. the pool however is filled with debris " Birdamon said coming down ad de-digivolving back to Biyomon
It's oh a couple miles to the west. We can head there once we destroy the rest of the generators..

"Perhaps my tardis could be one place some could stay. Though i don't have enough blankets, or other sorts of bedding and sleeping bags for everyone, nor enough food for more then everyone to have a snack maybe." Jason said.

"And a tight fit." Guilmon said.

"Yes that also, with folks sleeping on the floors. I'd likely have to be sure to have it set to filter the air in and out of local earth's air to be sure there is enough oxygen and such." Jason said.

"Hopefully that'll be the last generator and it'll bring the shield down." Sara said.

"That would be indeed a fortunate turn of events." Moran said.

Several of the Sang-Heili soldiers facepalmed. Deimos just sighed and munched on some dried salmon he stashed in his armored vest..

Setsuna nodded. "I'll open a magic door and we can get food and fuel through that."

"Go for it," Dr. Zanasiu said.

Setsuna opened a magic portal just big enough to drive the truck through.

The Bull trucker opened the intercom to Ft. Inglorious's channel. "Ft. Inglorious, this is Mako. We are returning to refuel via magic door. Over."

The radio then crackled with the radio officer's voice. "Roger that Mako, you have permission to return. Ft. Inglorious out."

He then drove the truck through the portal.

There was flash of blue light and the truck was in front of Ft. Inglorious's gates. The soldiers on duty at the front waved them through and the heavy gate slid back as the trucker drove through.

Deimos then disembarked as several workers got to work examining the truck and refueling it. "All right, let's get some food and head back out," he said.

The Mystery Machine and Nani's SUV were being repaired and their weapons were being reloaded. Several other armored vehicles (standard and improvised) were present as well.

Stripetail appeared in the lobby as they entered ' a quick break to get a bite to eat, get rearmed, and then its back into the breach.. " he said as Bulk and Skull headed up to thier rooms. The omniderate took off their helmets and sat dow at some of the dinning room tables..

Ms. Swimmer and her group came out from the closet.

"Prepare for dinner!" Haresh ordered. He then ran into the kitchen with Ms. Swimmer and Dr. Kerzach.

The Pelvanida group unzipped their protective suits and handed them and their weapons to the logistics personnel to deal with while the entered the dining room.

Anton, Paul, Dirk, Al, Jose, Ceela and Kurt were standing by the table and reloading their weapons.

Some more Great Valley dinosaurs armed with slings, bows and javelins arrived through the portal to replace the soldiers who died.

Jason, Guilmon, Moran and the Q-rex returned to Jason's tardis. They went into various rooms to start cleaning themselves and putting their clothes (the ones who wore clothes) so they could be washed and repaired. Then they put on some new clothes and headed to the dining room.

"Won't help much, but if we do eat in here they'll have a bit more food to spread around to those eating there." Jason said.

"Yes. I am unaware of the amount of food available to them." Moran said.

Plates of steamed fish and vegan fried rice were hustled out of the kitchen and hastily served to the waiting guests.

Several waiters got to work filling the glasses with essential water.

Mr. Bigmouth nodded as the reporters turned over their materials to him. "I will get to work processing the information once dinner's over."

Pete And Gadzuki took a seat at the table, upon entering the hotel they had demorphed , much to Gadzukis Dismay. ' so once we;'re down eating' Spyro said we'll finish taking Cobia Bay then move onto the next target.. ' thats neptune City I think " cynder said, tahing a drink of water..

She looked around a bit, "I guess Jason is eating in his tardis, to save the food here or something." She said. Resting and starting to eat a bit. "Even a short rest and a snack is better then none at all." She said.
