(What is this? This is a fantasy setting. Cola doesn't really fit here, but it can slip a time or two.)

The party was divided up into two huts. The Dracons would have to abstain from their nightly escapades. Adykon thought that this was for the best, as doing it too often robbed it of all meaning.

At this point the party had come within sight of its goal. They were now in the temple which had the statue that they were looking for.

Meanwhile...

"Do you see them? In the crystal ball? They are so near" Said a Dracon mage observing the party from afar.

"Yes. They have proven to be... most resourceful." A second mage said. "They have survived despite the odds, and are close to their objective. We cannot let the statue fall into their hands. If it does, you know as well as I do what will happen."

The first mage grew uneasy, and curled her toes. "What do we do now? Our magics have proven to be insufficient."

"We have to hit them with all our power when they least expect it. The temple has obstacles of its own, which will wear them down. Then, we strike."

"I'm scared." Said the female mage. "If even one of them survives to break the enchantment on the statue, it could easily-" she shuddered at the thought of it.

Time passed. The party fell asleep. It was late, and evil creatures emerged from their hiding places. Fortunately, few of them had any interest in the huts, and none dared to attack when they smelled the Dracons on the inside of the huts.

Jake was having a nightmare

he was dreaming that the next day when they got closer to the statue that he was killed by the mages

Jake woke up and his heart was pounding and he was sweating

"oh thank god.......it was just a dream" was all jake had said
Jake got out of bed, he walked outside to the soundproof shower room. he got unchanged and he hopped in the shower, he needed the shower to wash off all of his sweat

Selturma stirred in her bed. She woke up and saw Rex asleep. Dracons could see well in the dark, so seeing his sleeping form was no problem for her. He took up most of his bed, being a lot larger than she was. Selturma had strong feelings for Rex, but was not yet old enough to act on them. She returned to bed shortly thereafter, dreaming about him.
