"How are you feeling now Sivar?" Adykon asked. "Do you have any more stress that needs to be worked out?"

Sivar nodded, "I was very tired and my legs were sore, but I didn't want to complain." She said. "My legs & feet feel better, but my back is a bit sore." She said.

Jake went outside and Rex walked up to him

"do you want to train?" said Rex
"sure" replied Jake

Jake and Rex got a small area prepared to train in.

Jake and Rex started doing the training routine that their father had devised for them.

after the training exersise Jake and Rex started sparring with each other Rex swung a fist at Jake but Jake used alchemy and created a brick wall and Rex's fist hit it

"OUCH!!!" yelled Rex

Jake started laughing but he knew that rex was hurt so he went and got a bandage for rex's hand.

"You don't need to hide your pain and exhaustion" said Adykon "If you are sore and tired, just tell me and we can do something to help. That being said, would you like a back massage?"

Sivar nodded, "That would be nice. I'm sure I'll soon get use to all the walking and such." Sivar said looking at Adykon.

Rhiga saw the massages that Sivar got, and wanted one of her own. She turned to Kravik, and said "Is it true that sorcerers raised in a temple are skilled in the... relaxing arts?"

Kravik nodded and smiled as he turned to face Rhiga, "It is. It is part of our training we get before we start our magic training and during our magic training also." He said.

Sivar nodded, "If I would not be to heavy." She said.

"Well, in that case" Rhiga said "Would you mind helping me get rid of this tension in my back and neck?"

"I can lift you easily" Said Adykon, as he picked Sivar up and carried her in his arms, with little effort. He then went into one of the cottages laid her down on the bed. "Just lie down and relax... although you need to take off anything which covers your back."

Kravik nodded, "I'd be glad to help you relax and get rid of your tension. Would you prefer that here or in one of the beds in one of the cottages?" He asked Rhiga.

Sivar relaxed as she was picked up and put one of her arms around his neck.

Sasha saw the other females getting footrubs and Sasha was jeolous .

"Jake........." said Sasha
"yes" replied Jake
"ummm.......can you give me a small foot rub please...?" said Sasha nicely
"umm........ok but just this once..." replied Jake

Jake and Sasha went into their hut and Sasha sat down on a comfy chair that Jake had created with alchemy and he started to rub Sashas feet

Sasha was enjoying the foot rub, Jake was not enjoying it so much....but he still did the task that Sasha asked him to do.

"this is the best foot rub ever!" said Sasha

"this job is for servants....not a fighter like me!" replied Jake

"but you are very good at foot massaging" said Sasha

Rhiga took off her top and loincloth, and lay down on her stomach on the bed. "Before the massage, could you scratch my back? I'll tell you where to scratch it."
