Lucien and Anette took Malcia's body and, using a fireball that Annette conjured, burned it, but not before Lucien cut off her horns. He knew that the horns of a magical creature were worth a lot of money at a magical marketplace. He'd sell one, and keep the other as a memento.

"Well, that's one more thing to add to my collection" Lucien thought to himself.

margas searched the cadtyle before finally finding ilsa and Minna. Minna was giving Ilsa a rub.." We got her: Margas said entering the room. " She had the antidote on her..
_ wait" Minna paused from rubbing Ilsa's legs. "what do you mean..?
_ You killed her? Ilsa asked " No, Lucien did.." Margas was cut off as minna flew over to him and kissed him. "thank you" She sobbed as margas broke away from her. "She.. had it coming. If we hadn't done it in battle Minbenthac would have executed her for cursing us." Ilksa said getting off the bed. Margas came up to her and Ilsa hugged him, let herself lean against him, feeling his well-developed body and his strong arms..

Lucien ran over to find Minna. Was she better? Was there another step to removing the curse? When would they finally be able to go back to Minbenthac? Soon. All it took was a bit of time. That, and the antidote.

"Minna? Where are you? That crone is gone at last!" Well, she was a very attractive female, but Malcia was still a crone to Lucien. No one put him through that. No one.

Annette was much more calm, by contrast. She surveyed the area, pondering what significance the recent events had on her, only to conclude that they had very little meaning for her.

(since Noname invited me in here, I'm taking him up on his offer ^^)

Rushing through the streets, running on all fours ran a werewolf girl. Her fur was brown and all she wore was a shirt and shorts, nothing else. Her name was Violet and she was searching for someone, well, more like some place actually, somewhere that delt in magic.

She stopped to catch her breath, she wasn't the most athletic werewolf from her tribe, and to make matters worse, she had only been running for 5 minutes at least as she stood back on two feet again, breathing heavily before looking around "Huh, I remember that shop....this place is so confusing...." she complained to herself.

Violet continued to walk along the streets until she had come across a palace, just looking at it in awe and started to walk towards the doors, only to be stopped by the guards "Um, I just want to see the one who knows magic around here" she told the guards.

"No one is allowed in without Adykon's permission" the guard told her.

"Oh, but um, Adykon, he uh....is....expecting me?" Violet asked back in an attempt to lie her way inside.

The guard looked at her for a long hard second to which Violet seemed to smile innocently back at the guard "Very well then, follow me" he told her as he took Violet inside the palace and approached Adykon "This one, she said that you were expecting her"

Adykon wasn't expecting anyone, but his name had been made public knowledge. Anyone who needed help might very well be coming to him, if he was indeed this savior-figure of prophecy that he was being made out to be. This one did not fit the expected profile, though.

"Guard, leave her be. She doesn't look like a threat."

As the guard left, Adykon introduced himself to her.

"Hello there. Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm Adykon, the warrior you are so desperate to meet. What is your name?"

The mercenary must have seemed frightening to her. He was over two meters tall, decked out in armor, and, in addition to his huge, double-handed sword, had a full set of claws, fangs, and horns.

"Yeah, go on" Violet told the guard as she seemed to poke her tounge out at him as well before turning to Adykon.

"Well, um, I wasn't really wanting to meet you, I just wanted to have a look inside and kinda lied to the guards....I'm trying to find someone whose good with magic, cause I need their help with something, and I thought there could be someone in here, cause the city is confusing...." Violet told him as she still looked at him in awe "Oh yeah, I'm Violet, a werewolf"

Adykon knew of the curse of lycanthropy. Was she seeking a cure?

"Are you seeking to be cured of your... your... 'werewolfism'? I can direct you to someone who can help. I don't have any curing abilities, though. I'm just a warrior."

Adykon didn't quite understand the situation. He certainly had no healing powers of his own.

"Um, no, not that, I like being a werewolf, it was actually, something else, er....it's um, darkness, you know, dark magic.....I can use dark magic....which I don't want to, and it's, well, it feels like it's trying to take over my whole body, and I want to find a cure for it" Violet told him with a frown on her face.

"Oh. Well, in that case, you'll want to speak with Vespion. He's that Dracon priest over there" Adykon replied, gesturing to the right. "He also has experience with magic and curse removal. He should be able to help you control or dispel dark magics."

Was this new girl going to join them? They needed all the help they could get.

Violet only seemed to stand there for a second or so and gave a smile at Adykon before looking over at Vespion "So, um, can you help me at all? Cause I don't know if I actually want this curse or not, I mean, the magic is useful, but I don't want to become evil and mean and all that you know"

Vespion looked at her. "What's your name? I saw you talking to Adykon just now. I overheard something about dark magic. I can sense some in you. I also see that you are female by your appearance and voice. How did you gain this curse to begin with?"

"I'm Violet, and yeah, I'm a female" she told Vespion with a smile before he asked her how she got the curse "Oh, well, I was born with it as far as I know anyway, I man, nothing really happened when I was younger, well, a few things did, but nothing really significant, it was just like small dark spells here and there...."

"Alright. I can give you an enchantment that will inhibit the dark powers, but if you are under extreme stress, anger, or pain, they will probably break. If you need me to remove the inhibitors so you can use more power, just ask me. This will have the effect of curbing your powers to a degree, but I can sense that it won't be an issue for most spells you could safely cast." Vespion replied. "I will need to take your hand in mine for it to work, and I require your permission before casting it."

Violet just looked at him with a confused look on her face as he gave her the enchantment "Er, um....thanks?" she paused for a second before speaking again "Um, I'm going to have to think about that one, cause I just don't know at the moment"

Violet then looked back at Adykon again as she scratched herself for a second "Um, are you some kind of hero by any chance? Cause you kinda look like one"

"I am a warrior raised on a goat farm. I don't think I'm a hero, but many think the party is some sorta saving force in the world. I believe that this is all playing out like some divine game. I don't know if I am heroic or not, but it is nice that someone believes in me." Adykon replied.

"I get paid money to kill people. Helping old people is not high on my priority list." Adykon replied flatly. He looked over the girl. She looked attractive enough by the standards of whatever kind she was.

"Are you interested in joining the party? Is there anything you can do well? Magic? Fighting? Maybe you are a martial artist?" A dancer?"

"Fighting stuff and all that?" Violet thought for a second "Well, I could join, cause I don't think they want me back at my village and all" she gave off a slight sigh "But I can fight, well, sort of, not really, I mean, I haven't fought anyone before, but I did fight a bear once.....oh, and I can dance too! I usually dance in the festive things back at our village" she told him.

The truth was, she hadn't fully thought everything through, especially not what would happen after she had found a magic person, but so far, to her, joining this group seemed like the best bet at least.

"You... say you never fought anyone, but then you fought a bear?" Adykon was rather confused. "And why don't they want you back at your village? Did you commit a crime? Steal something? Hurt someone? Was it because of the dark magic or a curse, or whatever it is that afflicts you?"

"Yeah, the bear stole my dinner, it took me ages to catch that fish...." Violet frowned "And, well, they don't want me back, cause I think it's cause of the curse....I don't think they trust me, in case I do something wrong, so please, can I come with you? Otherwise, I'll be lonely...."
