Jealous?' Ilsa cut in. " Why would she be jealous? She's stronger than you are violet in terms of magic, so there's no need for her to be jealous of you. We're going to take you to Vespion and have him remove this curse from you, even if we have to drag you kicking and screaming and waste our wedding night with our new husbands in the process."..

That's when Ku'ux walked over and looked to Ilsa "Not true, there is always a cure for every curse, just this one will be much tougher to free her from it"

Violet glanced over at them, a rather bored look in her eyes "Kill me? Uh huh....yeah....good luck with that" she giggled a rather evil sounding giggle as she turned and walked off.

Ku'ux put a hand on Ilsa's shoulder "We should leave her be for now, we have bigger things to deal with than Violet and her curse at the moment" he reminded her in regards to the dark lord himself.

(yes, I hate spelling the bad guy's name

Margas had witnessed the entire scene, and now got up to follow his wife " You could have handled that better" Margas said upon catching up to her. " your threats were completely empty, f Vespoin could not lift the curse on her what chance do you have? Vespoin is much stronger magically than you are, hes been studying the magical arts for a lifetime. what Violet has, it is a powerful curse and it will not be broken easily..." Ilsa frowned as she loked the window out over the city. preparations for the coming war were in full swing, with soldiers running about..

Eternion watched from just outside. He shook his head as the whole altercation was dealt with. 'Dememoras approaches, and now this. Some odd coincidence, I would say,' he muttered to himself.

He was reluctant to enter the temple, but he wanted to keep his ever watchful eye on Violet. He had other things to attend to before his date with destiny, but he decided they could wait just a little bit longer.

Violet walked down the hallway, running a finger along the wall as well for no real reason at all as she was slowly making her way back to her room.

Once inside, she looked around at the colour of it "My, what a boring colour" she uttered as she crouched down and placed her palm on the floor. Seconds later, darkness begun to take over the room and turned it black, along with the room emitting a sense of darkness from it as she sighed rather happily as it were.

"Oh, now this is much better" She said to herself as she looked around again, smirking to herself.

Rhiga retired to her new home. She might not be able to own an inch of real estate, but now that she was married to Marcus, she had status in a legitimate family. When her egg hatched, it would be to a married couple, for the first time in her family's history. If only Vaeri could be there to see it...

Eternion watched from across the hallway as Violet changed the room to better... fit her. He pursed his lips slightly as he watched the whole room turn a shade of pure black.

He kept an ear out, but decided to close no further. He was already taking a risk following her around, but he certainly wanted to find out what was going on.

Violet glanced over at the cracked mirror and just smirked before she walked over to her door, and noticed Eternion watching her.

She only smirked some more as she walked out of her room and over to him "So, do entertain me as to why you're watching me, just can't keep your eyes off me hmm?" she chuckled "Has your old age forgotten what it was like to watch younger females?"

She then seemed to step back "Oh, and can't you feel that? It feels much like home.....wouldn't you agree?" she asked in regards to feeling the darkness from her room.

The old dracon took in a deep breath, he could feel the odd sensation of the darkness all around him. 'Just like old times for me,' Eternion replied.

'I must apologize, though. You're not my type... and besides, I was already married once.'

He tilted his head slightly. 'I'm not leaving until I find out what is wrong with you. You might as well sit down and talk. Heck, why don't we chat in this pretty room of yours? Or are you still oh so terribly bored?'

Violet looked at him, a dull look on her face "You're not exactly my type either, but you're probabally not going to shut up about it, so....let's just get this over and done with" she told Eternion as she turned and walked off into her room and sat down on the bed, her legs folded as well as she looked to Eternion "So, ask away...."

Eternion walked into the room, not at all unsettled by how it had changed. 'I'd like to know a bit more about your past interactions, Violet... if I am even speaking to you, and not some other personality.'

'Which begs the question, how can I even tell I am talking to Violet?' He circled the room, inspecting the tainted walls with his eye.

"Violet? But I am Violet" she seemed to smirk back at Eternion. Whether or not she actually was Violet now was rather unsure, she just spoke as if she was still Violet.

"What do you think of the room? You like what I did with it? I gave it a much better look than all the other pathetic colours that were within this room" she then reached out her hand to the side as a small table appeared, which held some fruit on it. She grabbed and apple and offered it to him "Apple? No? Oh well" she chuckled as the apple turned back to darkness along with the table.

At this hour, the defenses of Minbenthac were being prepared. Arrows were being made and stored in towers, vats of boiling oil and pitch were readied, and fragile possessions were secured, particularly those belonging to the city's government.

Eternion continued to examine his surroundings, but he occasionally put his eye back on Violet. 'Odd how this all happened at the same time we we're preparing for an assault by Dememoras. Odder still how you showed up just before that. What was it you were doing before you ended up here, anyway?'

He ahd to admit to himself, the darkness was starting to get to him just a little bit.

"Indeed it would seem odd to you" Violet smirked "And yes, it was true I was here to originally get rid of this curse that you like to call it, but I'm just having far too much fun to get of it now"

Her wings extended out for a stretch before retracting back again "However, do answer me this question, is the darkness getting to you?" she asked as she crawled forward on her bed, still smirking to him "You should give in, you don't know what you're missing out on, it's such fun"
