Minna's palace was quite large, but was a bit smaller than Lucien's parent's estate. Of course, this 'golden house' was nowhere near as large as Tallon's palace, let alone that of the king's. Lucien was not a cruel male, but as a husband, he was still untested. Would he be permissive? No. The Dracon noble would keep his wife close, and in time, would add another one.
