The party finished breakfast. "Are we all ready to go?" Adykon asked.

"I am." Kravik said, after having cast a clean cantrip on himself and his stuff to insure he was clean.

Sivar finished doing her cleaning after breakfast. "I am as well." She said, making sure she was fully ready after finishing up her cleaning after her breakfast was finished.

The party continued south.

Kravik took his usual position, not out in front since he likely did better doing distance attacks.

Sivar did her best to try to stay around the middle of the group, incase they were attacked form the front, either side or back she'd have some protection and those better at attacking then her would have a more clear shot at anyone attacking.

The party traveled for several hours. Nothing had happened, but they did not let their guard down for a second.

At one point, a sandstorm hit the party, but no one was lost or injured in any way.

"It is annoying, it will take a while to take all the sand off my fur. But I guess this is a prize to pay to be in the desert." - Eriol said visible annoyed for the situation.

Kravik cast a clean cantrip and was all clean again. He looked at Eriol, "I can do a clean cantrip if you want that should get the sand out quickly." He said.

Eriol looked at Kravik - "If that's not asking too much, then ok, that would come in handy."

Kravik nodded and cast a clean cantrip to clean all of Eriol's body and his belongings as well, leaving him and his stuff clean and any metal looking polished, if that would be it's new appearance.

"Wow, my stuff look better than before I arrived to this desert." - Eriol said as he looked at his weapons and the rest of his belonging, he then gave a small smile as he said. - "Nice job Kravik."

After a few more hours, the party noticed something.

"Did you feel that?" Selturma said.

"Feel what?" Adykon asked.

"The ground, it is harder" was Selturma's reply.

The other female Dracons in the party chimed in.

"I feel it too." Said Rhiga

"It feels like stone instead of sand" Vaeri added.

Adykon brushed away some of the sand on the ground to reveal a long-hidden road. They weren't at the lost city yet, but they were getting close.

Following the road, they came to the ruins of a town. This was too small to be the lost city, but it was probably an outlying town which had traded with the city in the distant past.

"I'm glad the cantrip helped he said to Eriol." Kravik said.

Noticing the comments about the stone Kravik nodded, "I read some countries & empires have actual roads, developed first to speed the moving and deployment of troops. Merchants make their own roads to do much the same for their goods."

"Better then walking on then sand,though there are worst things to walk on then sand." Sivar said.

"It will make our trip faster" Rhiga said "If walking on stone roads doesn't hurt."
