Rex fell to the floor, roaring in pain at last. His balls were so swollen with seed that the pressure of the blow caused a lot of it to be released into his loincloth.

It was the combined shock of the blow plus the disgust over what was happening in his loincloth which finally pushed Rex over the edge.

Rex jumped up and grabbed Jake and started repeatedly punching jake in the face and stomach.

Jake started coughing up blood and his entire face was covered in blood.
rex had jakes blood on his fist
