The minotaur was promptly tackled by a dozen guards, who succeeded in disarming him and restraining him. Before anything truly bad could happen, however, Adykon himself showed up.

"What's going on here?!"

"Sir, this minotaur rampaged in here trying to find you!" one of the guards replied.

"Let him go. I'll speak to him."

"But, sir-!"

"I'll handle this! He probably wants to join the group, as Violet did. I had a suspicion that others would want to join us to face down the impending danger, and my suspicions were correct, it seems. Now come on, let him go. If he tries to attack me, I can handle myself. Give him back his weapon, too."

The guards slowly but surely obeyed, letting the massive creature up and backing off.

When the day started, Eriol and Arianne got a nice shower, they got dressed and got out of their given bedroom to take some food. As the day passed, they decided to their own separate ways, just to see what they can do around the castle.
Arianne went near the hall where the wedding ceremony will be held. - "Gorgeous, this hall never ceases to amaze me." - She said as she saw Vespion, she decided to get closer, but she saw him busy. - "I'd like to help a bit with all of this, but I have no idea of how many decoration plans are already in the process." - she thought as she giggled.

In the mean time, Eriol began walking the different halls and corridors of the palace. - "This getting a routine for me." - He thought as his face was visible annoyed. - "...I almost wish something would happen." - He then heard some commontion, the male Gaean Panther smiled as he went closer, he saw the Minotaur and then he saw Adykon, he leaned in a wall close to where the others are and crossed his arms, listening to what is going on.

The minotaur gave off a snort once again at the guards before turning to his attention to Adykon "I was told to come and find you, that you had an idea of what this world is facing, and that you may have an idea on how to stop it"

The minotaur gave off a glare at the guards again before speaking some more "If this is true, then I shall want to join, find a way to put an end to all of this" he added on, having not revealed his name just yet to Adykon.

"First, tell me who you are and how you knew of this. I've seen minotaurs before. I've fought minotaurs before. I've rarely ever encountered a minotaur who hasn't tried to kill me. Still, I'm willing to let you join us, as you clearly know how to fight." Adykon told the hooved creature in front of him.

Meanwhile...

"Hello Arianne. Good to see you. The decorations are being put up at a rather rapid pace. If you want to make some suggestions, you ate free to do so, but we will be done decorating when the sun falls; we simply don't have the time to do much else." Vespion told her.

"Ku'ux is my name, and how I know of this was our local mage, he had some sort of vision and sent me here to see if it were true or not" replied the minotaur as he gave off a nod to Adykon in regards to knowing how to fight.

"Hmm. Where did you come from? Minotaurs are not native to our lands, and yet I have seen your kind here before. In the past, it was usually on some sort of trade mission or as part of a wizard's retinue." Adykon asked Ku'ux.

Ku'ux looked at Adykon for a long second at least before answering his question "Our town is outside of your lands, which would be why you do not know where I come from, we do not fall underneath your jurisdiction" he told Adykon.

"I figured that much. Okay. Your shaman or mage or whatever it is your village has warned you of something. What exactly did he tell you?" Adykon asked the minotaur, not knowing if this was legitimate or a trick.

"All he told me that there was danger approaching and that I should go and seek you out to find out if it is true or not, usually, he is not wrong, however, he had doubts himself and wished for some answers on the matter" Ku'ux told Adykon with a snort again.

"Then if I told you that Dememoras threatens these lands again for the first time in millennia, would that mean anything to you?" Adykon asked, seeing whether or not his people had heard of the threat. Odds are, they did not, unless the mage involved was truly wise and powerful.

"He was unsure on what the name of the threat was, he had not known much of the coming threat, only knowing that there was a threat approaching, that, and that I would have to find you to help out with this coming threat" Ku'ux told Adykon as he crossed his arms at that point.

"Well, you may help if you wish. This is a Dracon's fight, as it involves a nasty piece of our history coming back to haunt us. At this point, though, I cannot refuse any help. Every little but of support for us is a help." The mercenary replied. He was correct, every little bit of help was needed, especially considering the sheer power he faced. Dememoras and his forces were a terrible foe.

Ku'ux gave a nod back to Adykon "I shall accept that, it seems that what out mage had spoke of seemed to be somewhat true, that there was an impending danger approaching.....just come and find me once you are ready to leave, I shall be around in the town" he snorted as he turned and started to head off, glaring at the guards in the process.

Violet on the other hand, approached Adykon and saw the minotaur heading out of the palace "Who was that?" she asked Adykon rather curiously.

"A minotaur." Adykon quickly told the female as he ran to get Ku'ux. "Wait! If you are going to join the adventuring party, you should come inside! Don't go out there now! I need to introduce you to the rest of the group!"

Violet too followed Adykon over to Ku'ux "Yeah, come on, join us"

Ku'ux stopped where he was before turning back to the two of them "Very well then, if you must insist, I suppose, I can not reject an offer like that"

"Oh, I'm Violet, what's your name?" Violet asked the minotaur

"If you must know, my name is Ku'ux, and I needn't ask of what species you are....lycan...." replied Ku'ux.

"We let in all species to our cause, as long as they don't give us any trouble" Adykon told Ku'ux, half-welcoming him, half-warning him. "Now come on. We're late as it is. I'll introduce you quickly to the rest of them. See that panther right there? That black-colored, bipedal cat? That's Eriol. He's on the team too, and is one of our very best fighters."

"Late? What for?" Ku'ux decided to ask.

"Oh, for the wedding, right Adykon?" Violet asked Adykon just to be sure.

"Very well then, let's get this over and done with...." replied Ku'ux as he let the two of them lead the way.

OOC: Sorry for my absence in the rpg. I am not sure if I'll say my characters already know Violet, as she was introudced earlier on?

IC: Eriol looked as Adykon, Violet and the newcomer passed near him, he gave a quick smile at the Minotaur and then said to Adykon. - "Adykon, my wife decided to go to the place of the ceremony earlier today, and see what she can help with. I don't like that stuff so I came here." - he then looked at the Minotaur - "I heard the conversation you had with Adykon, welcome to the team." - There was just a serious face as he said that, but that is common in Eriol... still a Minotaur is a rare sighting for him.

"The wedding ceremony is being held tomorrow, as quick as it can be held. There is so much to do, and so little time. So much may be lost, and yet, some good may come of it." Adykon told the Eriol, Violet, and Ku'ux. "I half-expect an attack at any time, even though there is no way to tell. Will we fight tomorrow? The day after? A year from now? In 10 years? In 10 minutes? Anything's possible!"

The priests and mages knew that by exposing his name, Dememoras was signaling that he would attack soon; there would be no point in risking exposure by naming himself otherwise.

"We know an attack is inevitable, but since we don't know when, well... that works as an advantage for him, why? becuase it turns us impatient and anxious, capable into jumping into action randomly... that sure can make us do a mistake that can be a fatal one." - Eriol commented as he walked with the others.

Arianne heard what Vespion said, she smiled and him as she agreed with what he said and then she offered to lend a hand with the decorations. And she did so, she was particularly happy since they all needed a happy time, after that much has happened to all of the members of the party already.
