Let's not give out votes before the actual voting will start (by all likelihood tomorrow). Also note that during the voting it is not sufficient to give just a name for each award, but one must write some obligatory lines on why one feels a particular member should get the respective award. The exact formulation of the voting rules will in all likelihood be posted today.

As for the list, once the voting starts it will regularly be updated so people can see at one look if they still have votes to cast. Names of Members who haven't yet voted will then appear in red, those who cast some votes, but not enough to qualify for the reception of an award themselves by the voting rules will appear in yellow, and those who have cast all of their votes or enough to qualify to receive an award will appear in green.

last year I think it was around 14 days, if I remember correctly.

You do Kor, and so it will be this time. There will be 14 days for the main voting and after that there will be one more week due to the nature of the newly created "Appreciated Member Award" which needs to be voted upon after it is clear who was elected in the other awards and who was not.
Also take notice of the change in the voting rules by which two rather than one award of each kind will be issued. This will increase the chance of the individual to get a vote.
A voting thread is going to be opened today and the voting can commence as soon as it will be there.

I'm very sorry, this is all our fault. Somehow the most important change in the voting rule must have escaped the copy pasting from the staff room to the rules in this section. I apologize for that mistake. The rules there are now updated. Take a look at the last point.
