Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Kopa took awhile to compose himself, but he finally did. He yawned and looked for a spot to nap in.. the cave at back of Pride rock had been home to his family for many generations, long before His Grandfather Mufasa, and Kopa supposed, would remain home,, as long as his family ruled.. Kopa chose a spot just imside the cave, where he had a good view of the surrounding area. It had been an eventful day, his first back in Pridelands since he was a cub..

Hali smiled, "Is there a game you're not good at?" she asked, but in a nice tone. She skipped off to hide though. turning to make sure Ramiki was counting before picking a direction to head off in.

On such open plains, Hali looked about for a good hiding spot. She spotted some elephants off grazing and walked over, "Pst, hey, can I use one of you to hide behind?" she asked politely.

One of the females glanced down, she'd heard nothing from the antelope though, and so just saw this as another of the Pride's cubs, and knowing this pride this was anything but a trick.

"Just don't get in my way" was all she said. Hali smiled, "thanks" she darted behind the elephants front foot, an easy hide for one so small.

Meanwhile the antelope hadn't forgotten though, and one of the largest of the bucks, slowly and respectfully approached Pride Rock.

"Sire" he began with a bow to Simba and polite nod to the Queen at his side, since Simba still dealt with kingly matters, "I'm not sure if you've been previously informed, but one of the young of my herd was attacked by a cub I take it is not of your pride during a strict off hunting time of the day" he voiced his complaint.

"The Kid didn't know any better" Kopa replied from where he was lying down.. "Forgive me for interupting father, But I'll wager I'll be hearing complaints like this one come next spring.. I'm Kopa, the king's first-born, and heir..." He explained to the antelope.. "I was attacked by the Outsiders as a cub, but I survived. I was taken out of the Pridelands for my safety, and I just returned tooday. Forgive me If I am breaching royal protocol here, I probably am" He bowed to his father "but I don't think Hali should be punished for what she did. We'll have her apologize to the herd, and to the antelope she bit, is that acceptable?" He asked the Bull.

"No need to worry my son", Simba said in a soft tone. "Well, that¥s just what I was going to say. Hali didn¥t know that it is forbitten to hunt here. She just got here and was hungry. And she really apologized by all means. ... I promise you that something like that will not happen again. ...Did the antilope get hurt?"

The bull noticed his argument was filling with holes fast and he frowned a bit, "Well...no, he's fine all in all aside from a slight scare and...small cut of a bite", he snorted a bit just in embarrassment himself, "Well...if she's part of the Pride now and...knows better...I retract my complaint your Majesty" the antelope nodded to both Simba and Kopa and let the title apply to whoever it might.

Nala smiled, "Completely understandable" she assured to antelope, "you were merely looking out for your herd".

"Thankyou your Highness" the antelope gave a nod bow again before excusing himself.

"Well, I'd say Kopa handled that quite well" Nala commented to Simba yet gave a smile back to her son. He'd do fine taking his place she knew.

'I still want her to apologize to the antelope.." kopa replied.. '"Its only fair" He stretched.. "Where is she now?"

Ramiki just smiled and nodded. He turned around toward a big tree and covered his eyes with his paws and began to count. "1    2     3    4     5     6   7    8     9     10    11    12    13     14     15     16     17     18     19    20     21     22     23     24     25      26     27      28      29    30" And then he began to look for Hali. She must have been a really good hider "Ohhhhhh, Hali. Come out, come out, wherever you are. You know I'm gonna find you sooner or later" Ramiki said still in search.

"I believe she's off playing with Ramiki" Nala said.

Behind the elephant, Hali tried to be quiet as she heard Ramiki looking for her, but she couldn't help giggling just a tiny bit.

'Well, could you send a couple lionnesses over to pick them up and bring them here? once they are done playing their little game, then bring them here. Matsu, who was on his patrol at the time, noticed Kovu in the distance and moved to greet him.  "Good morrow to you again, my lord," he said, bowing his head.  "I saw the antelope leader leave the palace a short time ago.  I take it that things have gone well?"

Kopa moved over to a different spot and fell asleep.
_Nuteri was relaxing under the shade of a tree. "A long day comes to a close" He smiled. "My young Cub is going to be king soon enough, and He'll have no shortage of folks to gets advice from.."

"I'm certain it will be taken care of," Matsu replied.  "The antelope leader did not seem happy, though."  He too caught sight of the playing cubs.  "Ah, so new cub already found a playmate?"
