I'm sorry for you.
Occasionally I am having a sad loss of appetite myself and I am everything but a great eater, but eating is one of the many things in life which those who are privileged not only not to starve, but even be able to pick from many different kinds of food, rarely appreciate but which they take for granted. Something tasty to eat can brighten up a rainy day. I'm afraid that the striving for "efficiency" and not "wasting" any time may ultimately lead to wasting much of what life could give us.
Anyway, as for the main question I'm quite fond of many noodle dishes with tasty sauces, fondue is a particular celebration treat, something which we have always been referring to as Ragout fin (though it is VERY different from what Wikipedia will describe under that term) is something I really like, my Mum always made a delicious leaf spinach in flaky pastry, and my Dad's lasagna is a piece of culinary poetry. There are also some rice dishes which I really like Djuvec rice with Ćevapčići or Gyros for example (with a fresh salad to it).
