The duo came to an inn, unaware that this was the very inn ravaged by a fight just earlier today, and entered. It was then they noticed the damage in scorch and burn marks, and they looked at each other momentarily.
"I guess it's the same sort of thing here," the construct inquired.
"Booze has the same effect on every species," the half-elf replied. She turned to what looked like a maid and stopped her. "Do you know where we can rent a room for a few nights?" she asked in slightly broken Dracon. Only the friend the two are looking for is the quickest to learn the languages of other species.

The blue-skinned traveler made it to the top of the temple spire and stepped out onto the balcony. The view of this city as grand, and the wind blowing about him was perfect for his prayers. He knelt to his knees, took off his hood, and closed his eyes, only his white hair and coat moved to the wind.
A few minutes later, the wind changes, blowing from the sea, and the traveler realizes its message. His friends have arrived at last. He finished his prayers and stepped back down the tower into the temple. Until he exited the main doors, he had forgotten to put his hood back on, and the Dracon priests noticed as he walked away.
"Was that a gensai?" asked one priest.
"It must be," answered another. "In this city, you're bound to see something new."
The priests returned inside the temple...
