It was not the maids who did it; in fact, it was their job to keep this place clean. They would much rather scream at the graffiti vandals than to become them. Nevertheless, Jake had no way of knowing this...

Ophion went downstairs to check on his stock of magical goods. After seeing his wife at the counter (and giving her a hug), he went on to see what he had, what he was selling, and what he needed to order more of.

"Let's see..." he thought to himself. "I need more powdered fish bone... more nightshad juice... more fish oil... hmm... that's two fish items I need more of... some mandrake root... not sure who's buying that. Ah, I need more healing potions... those are always in demand..."

"Ophion! Do we have any scrolls of the "haste" spell?" Aurescia asked him from the next room. "There's someone who wants to buy one!"

"We sold our last one yesterday! Offer him a haste potion instead!" he replied...

Yes, it was another average day... or so he thought...

Shal'thzar had wandered through the desert for quite some time, but eventually she returned to the city of Minbenthac..

Shal'thzar had collected various objects from various creatures she had encountered, and so returned back to the city to find someone that was willing to buy the objects she had collected. Unless there were none that are willing to buy said items, she would then seek out someone that would hire her for a job.

(OOC: Probably just a bunch of useless junk

Unless this is something like Morrowind/Oblivion with the whole Collect-Items-From-Creatures-And-Sell-Them-For-A-Bit-Of-Gold thing from those games, then yay

Shal'thzar would have little problem finding someone to buy her goods at the city's markets and bazaars; the former were characterized by order and permanent stalls made of wood, whereas the latter were a chaotic mess of merchants pushing carts, carrying their goods, setting their wares down on a rug in the middle of the streets and shouting at the top of the lungs. Both of them had their good and bad sides. Markets had better goods at higher prices, bazaars had worse goods at cheaper prices...
