Ah, I think I've got it! Is it the scene in the ninth film where Mo calls forth the insects with his high-pitched call? If so, then this is where Ducky is covering her ears to avoid the sound. This occurs right after Ducky says "Maybe he is sick?" but before Spike accidentally knocks Ducky off of his back.

This scene is from movie 3. In this scene, Littlefoot is trying to tell the gang about the sudden ceasing of the Thundering Falls. However, the rest of the gang is busy playing hide and seek. Littlefoot, having asked "Guess what?", gets a response from Petrie at this point: "What, you no find Cera neither?"
