The rest hovered above the ground and began to take shape, almost human shape...

"We'll try...." Bess called back. She scooted backwards, and her front paws were soon visible to Tank.

Itchy, realizing the balls wouldn't give up, landed safely on the ground before they could hit him.

"Whoa..." Anne said amazed at the figure appearing.

The balls chasing Itchy soon diverted and joined the others in taking different humanoid shapes. No face developed from any of the figures to discern who they were, but their intentions were quickly made clear as they could pick up various items left around the island...

"Most likely," Anne replied, "But even if they aren't, I don't think we can trust these."

Inch by inch, Bess maneuvered her body to safety, along with Sasha. The dogs' paws were near Tank's.

When they weren't looking, a small cloud of smoke sped past Charlie towards the fallen object, and materialized into a Ravic. Once fully formed, the creature picked up the item in one claw and pointed at the quartet with the other. Slowly, the spirits began to descend towards the group...

Tank reached out again...and grabbed one of Bess' paws. "I gotcha!" he said excitedly.

"What are we going to do?!" panicked Itchy.

Tank pulled Bess from the wreckage and flew her to where David stood, placing her gently on the ground...

Bess was happy to be finally freed. She wasn't in bad pain, but she did need a rest.

Anne lowered herself to the ground as well to assist her daughter and the others.

"Ok Itchy," Itchy said to himself, "You gotta be tough, you got to fight...."

Tank then flew back to the hole to get Sasha. "I'm back, Sasha!"

Anne landed, preparing to turn into her own dragon form. "I'm not going easy on you creeps," she said to the Ravics.

The Ravic simply snapped its talons, and some of the ghostly figures stood between it and Anne...

Charlie, while avoiding the spooks, began to sneak around the Ravic...

Some of the ghouls were enveloped by Itchy's fire, but immediately reformed and continued to move towards him...

"What do you want?" Anne demanded of the ghostly figures separating her and her opponent.

The specters were unable to say anything other than unearthly disembodied moans, but the Ravic made their intentions clear as they raised their clubs at Anne...

Charlie still remained undetected as he crept even closer to the Ravic...

Anne noticed Charlie in the corner of her eye, and decided to buy him some time.

Anne took a few slow steps backwards, and began to prepare her turn-into-fire power in case Charlie's plan backfired.

"OK," Tank replied. "There might be some dirt coming on top of you." With he practiced back below, he uses his abnormal strength to begin pushing the hole wider...

As the Ravic was fixated on Anne, Charlie leaped forward and grabs a hold of what the Ravic was holding. Although he got both paws on the object, he finds himself at the other end of Ravic, whose claws kept firmly on the artifact as well. "Anne?! A little help?!"

"Coming right up!" Anne called as she dashed forward, carefully breathing fire only on the Ravic and giving it a hard headbutt at the same time.

"How do you like them apples?" Itchy laughed as he prepared to do a crater-causing ground pound.
