Carface reached his destination, only to find that bnobody was home.. " Drat, just my luck, he muttered " I get there too late. Well best start looking for them, they can't leave the city not with this shield over it. and their powers will start to become affected after a few hours, in other words goodbye flight.." He laughed as he walked down the street.

Even with the cloak over him, a pair of white wings folded out from underneath. With little effort, the figure took to the sky and makes a low pass as they make a beeline for the nearest church without being detected...

David couldn't see what the wings were, and held on tight.

Anne began to recall what she knew "It prevents anything angelic getting in unless they're already inside the shield, it does provide a bit of a power boost for anything demonic inside, so that helps you in a way, with me and my husband here, and certain types of demons can be summoned inside a barrier like this."

It took very little time for the figure to carry David to the nearest church, landing on the front steps. Faint glows from wandering Pyres could be seen in the fog. The figure opened the front door and walked inside. The place seemed barely lit except for the few candles about the hall, and no one was around within...

After closing the church doors, the figure turned to David and removed the cloak revealing his sword & shield between his wings on his back. "Just your friendly neighborhood guardian angel," Zekiel replied.

"There's David's house," Charlie pointed out, and dove in to land close to it...

When he landed in front of the house, Charlie saw the broken door inside. "No..." He quickly ran inside...

Tank saw a nearby home with the same busted doorway, and went there to investigate...

Zekiel returned the smile, then looked around the church. "We should be safe here for now," he said. "But with this evil dome up, we can't get help from outside. On top of that, my powers are just starting to weaken the longer we're inside. At least your friends have an extra boost to outlast against the forces of darkness..."

Anne followed Tank to the other house. "Someone you know live here?" the hellhound asked.

annabelle flew into the house. theres no sign that he was taken by blights forces' dsshe said looking arround, but they were here judging by the mess.. we'll need to look around for a safe place he might have gone..

Zekiel turned back to the cloak he wore and picked up to shake the dust off. He then handed it to David. "It's not the best, but it'll keep you warm," he said.

Because we haven';'t found here, therefore there is only one other possibility, the Ravics grabbed here while you were fighting . Annabelle said " as for exactly WHERE they took her, I don't know..

Charlie was getting frustrated. "This city is large enough for them hide someplace!" he protested. "We haven't found where Belladonna and Blight are hiding, either, but they're here! We just have to look harder!"

Tank returned from Linda's home to join the rest of the group...

"Seems Sasha and the kid aren't the only ones missing," Anne commented.
